All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an offline mobile payment method for prepaid card account carriers, which mainly includes the following steps:
s10, the prepaid card account carrier 100 transmits a payment message to the POS terminal 101;
s20, the POS terminal 101 sends the received payment message to a prepaid card payment platform 104 through the POS operator 102; wherein,
s201, judging whether the balance of the account of the prepaid card is enough to perform the payment settlement or not by the prepaid card payment platform 104, if so, performing the payment settlement and returning a settlement message to the POS terminal 101 through the POS operator 102; if the number of the third party accounts is not enough, the prepaid card payment platform 104 sends a third party payment settlement request to a third party payment platform 105 with the income qualification; further, in the above-mentioned case,
s202, the third party payment platform 105 receives a third party payment settlement request and judges whether the balance of a third party payment account bound to a prepaid card account is enough to perform the payment settlement, if so, the payment settlement is performed, and a payment settlement message is returned to the POS terminal 101 through the prepaid card payment platform 104 and the POS operator 102; if the payment is not enough, the third-party payment platform 105 sends a bank payment request to an issuer payment platform 106 which establishes a quick payment binding relationship with the third-party payment platform; further, in the above-mentioned case,
s203, the issuer payment platform 106 receives the bank payment settlement request and judges whether the balance of the bank card account bound to the third party payment account is enough to perform the settlement, if so, the payment settlement is performed and a payment settlement message is returned to the POS terminal 101 through the third party payment platform 105, the prepaid card payment platform 104 and the POS operator 102; if not, the transaction is rejected.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when a customer uses the prepaid card account carrier 100 to pay by swiping or inserting a card at the POS terminal 101 of a merchant, the POS terminal 101 obtains a payment message and forwards the payment message to the prepaid card payment platform 104 through the POS operator 102. If the prepaid card account carrier used by the consumer is an entity prepaid card, the prepaid card payment platform can directly find the corresponding prepaid card account according to the received payment message. If the prepaid card account carrier used by the consumer at the moment is a prepaid card payment device, there are two situations: 1. when the payment message sent by the prepaid card payment device contains direct information such as the number of the prepaid card and the like, the prepaid card payment platform can directly find the corresponding prepaid card account according to the received payment message; 2. when the payment message sent by the prepaid card payment device is a dynamic payment message generated according to an algorithm, a secret key, and a payment tag (or a prepaid card number) set by a TSP (Token service provider) server of a prepaid card payment platform, after the prepaid card payment platform 104 receives the payment message, it first identifies that TSP analysis is required through a card BIN (bank identity number), and then analyzes and verifies the payment message sent by the POS operator 102 through the TSP server to find out a prepaid card account corresponding to the payment message, that is, analyzes and maps the payment message to primary account number information (PAN, prepaid account number).
Further, after finding the corresponding prepaid card account, the prepaid card payment platform judges whether the balance of the prepaid card account is enough to carry out payment, if so, directly carrying out payment from the prepaid card account, returning a payment message to the POS terminal 101 through the POS operator 102, outputting bill information by the POS terminal 101 and printing a payment receipt, thereby realizing real-time payment of the prepaid card payment platform 104; if not, prepaid card payment platform 104 may find a third party payment account bound to the prepaid card account and send a third party payment settlement request to third party payment platform 105.
After receiving the third party payment settlement request sent by the prepaid card payment platform 104, the third party payment platform 105 firstly analyzes and verifies the third party payment settlement request to find out a corresponding third party payment account, judges whether the balance of the prepaid card account is settled or not, if so, settles payment from the third party payment account, returns a payment settlement message to the POS terminal 101 through the prepaid card payment platform 104 and the POS operator 102, and outputs bill information by the POS terminal 101; if the third party payment account is not enough, the third party payment platform finds the bank card account bound to the third party payment account and continues to send the bank payment ending request to the issuer payment platform 106 so as to request the issuer payment platform 106 to carry out payment ending. Before the technical scheme provided by the invention is implemented to carry out payment, a user needs to bind the account of the prepaid card with the third party payment account of the user, so that after receiving the third party payment closing request sent by the prepaid card payment platform 104, the third party payment platform 105 can find the third party payment account corresponding to the prepaid card account instantly after analyzing the third party payment closing request, and judge whether the balance of the prepaid card account is closed or not.
After receiving the bank payment settlement request sent by the third-party payment platform 105, the issuer payment platform 106 firstly analyzes and verifies the bank payment settlement request to find out a corresponding bank card account, judges whether the balance of the bank card account is enough for the settlement, if so, performs the settlement from the bank card account, and returns a settlement message to the POS terminal 101 through the third-party payment platform 105, the prepaid card payment platform 104 and the POS operator 102 in sequence, and the POS terminal 101 outputs bill information; if the transaction is not enough, the issuer payment platform 106 directly rejects the transaction request, and returns information such as transaction failure information or insufficient balance to the POS terminal 101 through the third party payment platform 105, the prepaid card payment platform 104 and the POS operator 102 in sequence, and the POS terminal 101 outputs the payment failure information. Before the technical scheme provided by the invention is implemented to carry out payment, the user needs to bind the bank card account of the user with the third party account, and the quick payment can be carried out through the bank card account. After receiving the third party payment settlement request sent by the third party payment platform 105, the issuer payment platform 106 resolves the third party payment settlement request, then instantly finds out the bank card account having a quick payment relationship with the third party account, and judges whether the balance of the prepaid card account is paid for the settlement.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, if the payment request or the payment settlement request is not verified through the prepaid card payment platform 104, the third party payment platform 105 or the issuer payment platform 106 may directly generate information such as transaction failure or transaction rejection, and return the information to the POS terminal 101 through the prepaid card payment platform 104.
The prepaid card issuer (under the same authority flag as the prepaid card payment platform) enters prepaid card account information (including, for example, card number information and amount information earmarked in advance in the card) into the prepaid card payment platform 104 before issuing the prepaid card. In addition, before implementing the payment process, the user needs to bind between the prepaid card account and a third party payment account (e.g., a third party payment account such as a baibao, a fiscal payment, a telecom wing payment, a joint wow payment, etc.), between the third party payment account and a bank card account (e.g., a bank account such as a construction bank, a business bank, a chinese bank, a money carrier bank, etc.) to associate the prepaid card account with the third party payment account, and between the third party payment account and the bank card account. Optionally, one third party payment account may be bound to multiple prepaid card accounts or bank card accounts at the same time; or one prepaid card account is bound to a plurality of third party payment accounts, and corresponding use priority is set; or, and so on. To simplify the login and authentication procedure, it is preferable that the third party payment account and the prepaid card account can be set with the same password while facilitating the memory of the consumer.
In the present invention, referring to fig. 1, in another embodiment, a payment message and a payment balance message are transmitted between the prepaid card payment platform 104 and the POS operator 102 through the unipay payment platform 103, the POS operator 102 sends the payment message to the prepaid card payment platform 104 through the unipay payment platform 103, and the prepaid card payment platform 104 returns the payment balance message or information of transaction failure and the like to the POS terminal 101 through the POS operator 102 through the unipay payment platform 103. The invention realizes cross-bank/institution transaction clearing by accessing the Unionpay payment platform, can realize interconnection and intercommunication and resource sharing between the prepaid card payment platform 104 and other financial institution payment platform systems, and ensures the use of prepaid cards in cross-bank, cross-region and cross-border.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the prepaid card account carrier 100 is a physical prepaid card, that is, the prepaid card may be a physical prepaid card having a magnetic stripe and/or a chip, and the payment message transmitted from the prepaid card account carrier 100 is received by swiping/inserting the card at the POS terminal. At this time, the payment message is a static two-track payment message or an IC payment message.
In another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the above-described prepaid card account carrier 100 is a prepaid card payment device including multiple electronic components. The prepaid card payment apparatus may receive a control signal of an external mobile terminal to generate and transmit a payment message to the POS terminal 101, or may directly generate and transmit a payment message to the POS terminal 101 by itself without the aid of an external device. Referring to fig. 2 (an exemplary schematic diagram), the prepaid card payment apparatus includes a financial card module 10, a control module 11, and a transmitting antenna, and the financial card module 10 generates a payment message for payment from the stored prepaid card account information and transmits the payment message to the POS terminal 101 via the transmitting antenna. When a customer uses the prepaid card payment device to simulate 'card swiping' consumption, the financial card module 10 may generate a payment message for payment according to the prepaid card account information stored therein and transmit the payment message to the POS terminal 101 through the transmitting antenna.
Further, the transmitting antenna may be the magnetic pulse transmitting antenna 12. The magnetic pulse transmitting antenna 12 transmits a payment message (in the form of a magnetic pulse signal) to the POS terminal 101 in the form of nfc communication. Specifically, after the financial card module 10 generates the payment message, the payment message may be sent to the control module 11 of the prepaid card payment device, the payment message is sent to the magnetic pulse transmitting antenna 12 through the control module 11, and the payment message is sent to the inductive magnetic head of the POS terminal 101 through the magnetic pulse transmitting antenna 12 in the form of a magnetic pulse signal. In another alternative embodiment, the transmitting antenna may be an NFC antenna 13, and the NFC antenna 13 transmits the payment message to the POS terminal 101 in an NFC non-contact manner. Specifically, after the financial card module 10 generates the payment message, the payment message may be directly sent to the POS terminal 101 supporting the NFC flash payment function through the NFC antenna 13.
When the magnetic pulse transmitting antenna is used as the transmitting antenna of the prepaid card payment device, the magnetic pulse transmitting antenna can transmit a payment message in the form of a magnetic pulse signal to the POS terminal 101, the POS terminal 101 decodes the received payment message in the form of the magnetic pulse signal and then transmits the decoded payment message to the POS operator 102 (or called a receipt platform), the POS operator 102 performs verification on the payment message and then transmits the verification message to the Unionpay platform 103, the Unionpay platform 103 continuously verifies the payment message and then transmits the verification message to the prepaid card payment platform 104, the prepaid card payment platform 104 verifies two magnetic channel data and judges whether the balance of an account of the prepaid card is enough for the payment, if so, the payment is finished and the payment finished message is returned to the POS terminal 101 through the POS operator 102; if not, the following steps S202 and S203 are continued (if necessary) until the transaction is successful or the transaction fails.
In an alternative embodiment, the financial card module 10 has a secure element (i.e., SE chip) in which prepaid card account information is stored, the control module 11 sends a payment request including a payment message generation instruction to the financial card module 10, and the financial card module 10 receives the payment request and generates a payment message for payment according to the prepaid card account information.
In an alternative embodiment, the prepaid card account information includes prepaid card number information and prepaid card expiration information.
In another embodiment, the prepaid card account information includes a payment token (or prepaid card number) and a secret key. The financial card module 10 generates a payment message according to the payment token and the secret key. The payment message is a dynamic payment message generated according to an algorithm, a secret key and a payment mark (or a prepaid card number) set by a TSP (short message service) of the prepaid card payment platform. Wherein, the payment sign stored in the financial card module can be generated by the unionpay payment platform 103 or the prepaid card payment platform 104.
For convenience of use and enhanced security, the financial card payment device is a wearable device. Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the financial card payment device may be provided in other hardware or in a form of a bio-embedded chip.
