Abstract

技术领域
本披露内容涉及具有抵抗线虫门(Phyla Nematoda)、节肢动物门(Arthropoda)和/或软体动物(Mollusca)中害虫的杀虫效用的化合物,制备这种化合物的方法,和用于这种方法的中间体的领域。这些化合物可以例如作为杀线虫剂、杀螨剂(acaricides)、杀螨剂(miticides)、和/或软体动物杀灭剂使用。
背景技术
防治害虫群体对于人类健康、现代农业、食品储藏和卫生是必要的。超过一万种害虫造成农业损失和全球农业损失,每年损失额为数十亿美元。因此,存在新杀虫剂以及制备使用这种杀虫剂的方法和使用这种杀虫剂的持续需求。
杀虫剂抗性行动委员会(IRAC)已经基于这种杀虫剂作用模式的现有最佳证据对杀虫剂进行分类。IRAC作用模式第4C组中的杀虫剂为烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂,其基于磺基肟的化合物。认为该类别中的杀虫剂模拟在乙酰胆碱受体激动剂的作用,导致受影响的昆虫兴奋过度。乙酰胆碱为昆虫中枢神经系统中主要的兴奋性神经递质。该类别中的杀虫剂例子为氟啶虫胺腈(sulfoxaflor)(N-[甲基氧化[1-[6-(三氟甲基)-3-吡啶基]乙基]-λ4-硫酮]氰胺)(N-[methyloxido[1-[6-(trifluoromethyl)-3-pyridinyl]ethyl]-λ4-sulfanylidene]cyanamide)。
虽然可以采用交替施用具有不同作用模式的杀虫剂用于良好害虫管理实践,但该方法未必给出令人满意的昆虫防治。此外,即使已经研究杀虫剂的组合,也不总是得到高的协同作用。
发明内容
如本申请使用的术语“协同效应”或其语法上的变型是指并且包括两种或更多种活性化合物组合时所遇到的协同作用,其中两种或更多种活性化合物的组合活性超过单独各活性化合物的活性总和。
如本申请使用的术语“协同有效量”是指并且包括提供以上定义协同效应的两种或更多种活性化合物的量。
如本申请使用的术语“杀虫有效量”是指并且包括对至少一种害虫产生不利效果的活性杀虫剂的量,其中所述不利效果可以包括偏离自然发展、杀死或调节等。
术语“防治”或其语法上的变型是指并且包括调节活体害虫数量或调节害虫的活体卵数量或者同时调节活体害虫数量和害虫的活体卵数量。
如本申请使用的术语“烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂化合物”是指并且包括由杀虫剂抗性行动委员会(IRAC)基于作用模式的现有最佳证据分类于IRAC作用模式第4C组内的任何杀虫剂。
在一个特定实施方式中,杀虫组合物包含协同有效量的基于磺基肟的烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂化合物与杀虫剂的组合,所述杀虫剂选自N-(3-氯-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)硫基)丙酰胺(I)、N-(3-氯-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)亚磺酰基)丙酰胺(II)或其任何农用盐。
理解的是,选自N-(3-氯-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)硫基)丙酰胺(I)、N-(3-氯-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)亚磺酰基)丙酰胺(II)或其任何农用盐的杀虫剂可以在氧存在下氧化为相应砜。
如实施例中所示,协同效应的存在使用Colby S.R.,“CalculatingSynergistic and Antagonistic Responses of Herbicide Combinations,”Weeds,1967,15,20–22中所述方法来确定。
令人惊讶地是,已经发现本披露内容中的杀虫组合物在所用基于磺基肟的烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂化合物和选自(I)、(II)或其任何农用盐的杀虫剂的较低水平的组合浓度所具有的害虫防治,比单独施用基于磺基肟的烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂化合物和选自(I)、(II)或其任何农用盐的杀虫剂时可以实现的害虫防治优越。换言之,协同杀虫组合物不是两种活性化合物的单纯混合物,从而导致组合物中所用活性化合物的组合性质。
在一些实施方式中,杀虫组合物可以包含协同有效量的氟啶虫胺腈(sulfoxaflor)与杀虫剂的组合,所述杀虫剂选自N-(3-氯-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)硫基)丙酰胺(I)、N-(3-氯-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)亚磺酰基)丙酰胺(II)或其任何农用盐。

在特定实施方式中,各杀虫剂(基于磺基肟的烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂化合物,和选自N-(3-氯-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)硫基)丙酰胺(I)、N-(3-氯-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)亚磺酰基)丙酰胺(II)或其任何农用盐的杀虫剂)可以单独配制为可湿性粉末、乳油、含水或液体可流动悬浮浓缩物或用于杀虫剂的常规制剂中的任一种,然后将其在田地里与水或用于作为液体喷雾混合物施用的其他液体进行桶混。根据需要,单独配制的杀虫剂也可以顺序施用。
在一些实施方式中,协同杀虫组合物可以配制为更浓的初级组合物,在使用前将所述初级组合物用水或其他稀释剂稀释。在这种实施方式中,协同杀虫组合物可以进一步包含表面活性剂。

在其他实施方式中,杀虫组合物可以为液体制剂形式。液体形式的例子可以包括但不限于,在适当液体载体中的分散体、悬浮液、乳液或溶液。在特定实施方式中,协同杀虫组合物可以为液体分散体的形式,其中协同杀虫组合物可以分散在水或其他适合于农业的液体载体中。
在某些实施方式中,协同杀虫组合物可以为在适当有机溶剂中的溶液形式。在一个实施方式中,广泛用于农业化学的喷淋油,可以用作用于协同杀虫组合物的有机溶剂。

制备N-(3-氯-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)硫基)丙酰胺(I)

实施例5A
杀虫组合物通过如下制备:将约0.04wt%的N-(3-氯-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)亚磺酰基)丙酰胺(下文中“化合物II”)与约0.000156wt%的氟啶虫胺腈(sulfoxaflor)彻底混合。

N-(3-氯-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)硫基)丙酰胺(I)和氟啶虫胺腈(sulfoxaflor)在抵抗棕蝽象(brown stink bug)(椿象(Euschistus heros))方面的协同效应
杀虫组合物通过如下制备:将约0.04wt%的N-(3-氯-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)硫基)丙酰胺(下文中“化合物I”)与约0.000625wt%的氟啶虫胺腈(sulfoxaflor)彻底混合。
将活性化合物配制于具有0.025%非离子表面活性剂20的10%丙酮溶液中。对不同的活性溶液各自进行生物测定。豆片(约2.54cm长)用于测试。将四个豆片置于各测试的活性溶液中,放置10分钟。将豆片从活性溶液中取出,将每个片放置在32-孔盘的孔中,允许风干。每个孔侵染三只南美棕蝽象(brown stink bug)(椿象(Euschistus heros))的三龄若虫。处理后四天确定的百分比防治示于表4中。

N-(3-氯-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)硫基)丙酰胺(I)和氟啶虫胺腈(sulfoxaflor)在抵抗西方花蓟马(western flower thrips)(苜蓿花蓟马(Frankliniella occidentalis))方面的协同效应
实施例7A
杀虫组合物通过如下制备:将约0.04wt%的N-(3-氯-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)硫基)丙酰胺(下文中“化合物I)与约0.000078wt%的氟啶虫胺腈(sulfoxaflor)彻底混合。
将活性化合物配制于具有0.025%非离子表面活性剂20的10%丙酮溶液中。棉花叶片冲头用于生物测定。将两个棉花叶片冲头置于各溶液中,放置10分钟。将叶片从溶液中取出,放置在分离的皮氏培养皿中的一片滤纸上,风干。每个叶盘看作一次重复。每次重复侵染五只幼虫期2西方花蓟马(western flower thrips)(苜蓿花蓟马(Frankliniella occidentalis))的若虫。处理后三天确定的百分比防治示于表5中。

杀虫组合物可以通过如下制备:将化合物I(wt%)或化合物II(wt%)与氟啶虫胺腈(sulfoxaflor)(wt%)彻底混合。
使用与实施例5A所述相同的程序,可以对不同活性化合物抵抗棕蝽象(brown stink bug)(椿象(Euschistus heros))进行生物测定。可以在处理后的一些时间确定百分比防治。
使用与实施例7所述相同的程序,可以对不同活性化合物抵抗西方花蓟马(western flower thrips)(苜蓿花蓟马(Frankliniella occidentalis))进行生物测定。可以在处理后的一些时间确定百分比防治。
预期杀虫组合物抵抗褐臭蝽(brown stink bug)的观测百分比防治高于根据Colby方程的预期百分比防治。因此,预期包含化合物I(wt%)或化合物II(wt%)和氟啶虫胺腈(sulfoxaflor)的杀虫组合物显示抵抗褐臭蝽(brown stinkbug)的协同效应。
预期杀虫组合物抵抗西方花蓟马(western flower thrips)的观测百分比防治高于根据Colby方程的预期百分比防治。因此,预期包含化合物I(wt%)或化合物II(wt%)和氟啶虫胺腈(sulfoxaflor)的杀虫组合物显示抵抗西方花蓟马(western flower thrips)的协同效应。

杀虫剂,所述杀虫剂选自N-(3-氯-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)硫基)丙酰胺(I)、N-(3-氯-1-(吡啶-3-基)-1H-吡唑-4-基)-N-乙基-3-((3,3,3-三氟丙基)亚磺酰基)丙酰胺(II)或其任何农用盐
2.权利要求1的组合物,其中所述基于磺基肟的烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂化合物包含氟啶虫胺腈(sulfoxaflor)。
3.权利要求1的组合物,其进一步包含植物学上可接受的惰性载体。
4.权利要求1的组合物,其进一步包含添加剂,所述添加剂选自表面活性剂、稳定剂、催吐剂、崩解剂、消泡剂、湿润剂、分散剂、粘结剂、染料、填料,或其组合。
5.权利要求1的组合物,其进一步包含一种或者多种具有杀螨、杀藻、杀害鸟、杀菌、杀真菌、除草、杀昆虫、杀软体动物、杀线虫、杀啮齿动物、杀病毒性质或其组合性质的化合物。
6.权利要求1的组合物,其进一步包含一种或者多种作为抗饲育剂、驱鸟剂、化学绝育剂、除草剂安全剂、昆虫引诱剂、昆虫驱避剂、哺乳动物驱避剂、交配扰乱剂、植物活化剂、植物生长调节剂、协同剂或其组合的化合物。
7.权利要求1的组合物,其中所述杀虫剂与所述基于磺基肟的烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂化合物的重量比不大于约513:1,所述杀虫剂选自(I)、(II)或其任何农用盐。
8.权利要求1的组合物,其中所述杀虫剂与所述基于磺基肟的烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂化合物的重量比不大于约256:1,所述杀虫剂选自(I)、(II)或其任何农用盐。
9.权利要求1的组合物,其中所述杀虫剂与所述基于磺基肟的烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂化合物的重量比不大于约128:1,所述杀虫剂选自(I)、(II)或其任何农用盐。
10.权利要求1的组合物,其中所述杀虫剂与所述基于磺基肟的烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂化合物的重量比不大于约64:1,所述杀虫剂选自(I)、(II)或其任何农用盐。
11.权利要求1的组合物,其中所述杀虫剂与所述基于磺基肟的烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂化合物的重量比不大于约32:1,所述杀虫剂选自(I)、(II)或其任何农用盐。
12.权利要求1的组合物,其中所述杀虫剂与所述基于磺基肟的烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂化合物的重量比不大于约2:1,所述杀虫剂选自(I)、(II)或其任何农用盐。
13.权利要求1的组合物,其中所述杀虫剂(I)、(II)或其任何农用盐与所述基于磺基肟的烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂化合物的重量比为X:Y;
其中,
X为所述杀虫剂(I)、(II)或其任何农用盐的重量份,数值范围为0<X≤20;
Y为所述基于磺基肟的烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂化合物的重量份,数值范围为0<Y≤20。
14.权利要求13的组合物,其中所述杀虫剂(I)、(II)或其任何农用盐与所述基于磺基肟的烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂化合物的重量比范围为X1:Y1至X2:Y2,
其中满足以下条件之一:
(a)X1>Y1且X2<Y2;或
(b)X1>Y1且X2>Y2;或
(c)X1<Y1且X2<Y2。
15.防治害虫的方法,其包括将权利要求1的杀虫组合物以足以防治害虫的量施用于害虫群体附近。
16.权利要求15的方法,其中所述基于磺基肟的烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂化合物包含氟啶虫胺腈(sulfoxaflor)。
17.权利要求15的方法,其中所述害虫包含吸食树液的昆虫。
18.权利要求15的方法,其中所述害虫为棕蝽象(brown stink bug)(椿象(Euschistus heros))。
19.保护植物免受昆虫侵染和侵袭的方法,所述方法包括使所述植物与权利要求1的杀虫组合物接触。
20.权利要求19的方法,其中所述基于磺基肟的烟碱性乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)激动剂化合物包含氟啶虫胺腈(sulfoxaflor)。
