Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚合松香基聚氨酯预聚体的制备方法。首先利用聚合松香和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯反应得到聚合松香基多元醇,再用聚合松香基多元醇与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)发生化学反应,得到聚合松香基聚氨酯预聚体。本发明将聚合松香的三环菲骨架结构引入到聚氨酯预聚体的结构中,可以提高产品的硬度、光泽、耐热性等性能,拓宽了松香的应用范围。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚合松香基聚氨酯预聚体的制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯预聚体,是由多异氰酸酯和多元醇控制一定比例反应而得到的可反应性半成品。聚氨酯预聚体可广泛应用于聚氨酯胶粘剂、涂料、弹性体、泡沫和纤维等诸多领域。最常用的是端NCO聚氨酯预聚体,制备端NCO基预聚体常用的多元醇有聚酯多元醇和聚醚多元醇两大类。近年来,随着环保要求的日益提高,以生物基材料为原料制备聚氨酯越来越受关注。聚合松香比松香更具有抗氧化性、亮光度、抗结晶性等特点。聚合松香分子结构中的羧酸基团,通过改性可制成一种新型多元醇,部分或全部取代聚酯多元醇或聚醚多元醇,为聚合松香这一天然可再生资源的利用开辟了广阔的应用前景。本发明利用聚合松香和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)反应得到聚合松香基多元醇(RAG),RAG再与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)反应可制备聚合松香基聚氨酯预聚体,有望在涂料、胶黏剂和建筑等领域得到应用。本发明充分利用了可再生资源聚合松香,降低了聚氨酯预聚体的合成成本,为聚合松香的深加工利用提供一条新途径。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以聚合松香为原料制备聚合松香基聚氨酯预聚体的方法。
具体步骤为:
(1)在反应釜中将100.0质量份的聚合松香溶解于147.0质量份的分析纯甲苯中,加入47.0质量份质量百分比含量为97%的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和0.5质量份催化剂分析纯三乙胺,升温至120℃,待酸值达到10mgKOH/g以下时停止反应,即得到聚合松香基多元醇的甲苯溶液。
(2)将100.0质量份步骤(1)所得聚合松香基多元醇的甲苯溶液加入到反应釜中,在300 r·min-1转速下,加入5.0~20.0质量份的实验试剂甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和0~0.5份质量催化剂化学纯二丁基二月桂酸锡,搅拌15分钟使之混合均匀,在20~50℃下进行反应,每隔0.5 小时取样测定其-NCO含量,待测得的-NCO质量百分比含量稳定时停止反应,得到暗红棕色的聚合松香基聚氨酯预聚体的甲苯溶液。
本发明最显著的特点是以聚合松香为原料,通过和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯等一系列物质进行反应,最终制得聚合松香基聚氨酯预聚体,赋予松香更广泛的用途,所得聚合松香基聚氨酯预聚体有望在涂料、胶黏剂等领域获得良好的应用前景。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
(1)在反应釜中将100.0质量份的聚合松香溶解于147.0份的分析纯甲苯中,加入47.0质量份质量百分比含量为97%的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和0.5质量份催化剂分析纯三乙胺,升温至120℃,反应3小时,测得酸值为3.7mgKOH/g,即得到聚合松香基多元醇的甲苯溶液。
(2)将100.0质量份步骤(1)所得聚合松香基多元醇的甲苯溶液加入到反应釜中,在300 r·min-1转速下,加入12.0质量份的实验试剂甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),搅拌15分钟使之混合均匀,在25℃下进行反应,每隔0.5 小时取样测定其-NCO含量,待测得的-NCO质量百分比含量稳定时停止反应,得到暗红棕色的聚合松香基聚氨酯预聚体的甲苯溶液,-NCO质量百分比含量为0.45%。
实施例2:
(1)在反应釜中将100.0质量份的聚合松香溶解于147.0质量份的分析纯甲苯中,加入47.0质量份质量百分比含量为97%的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和0.5质量份催化剂分析纯三乙胺,升温至120℃,反应3小时,测得酸值为3.7mgKOH/g,即得到聚合松香基多元醇的甲苯溶液。
(2)将100.0质量份步骤(1)所得聚合松香基多元醇的甲苯溶液加入到反应釜中,在300 r·min-1转速下,加入12.0质量份的实验试剂甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和0.1质量份催化剂化学纯二丁基二月桂酸锡,搅拌15分钟使之混合均匀,在20~50℃下进行反应,每隔0.5 小时取样测定其-NCO含量,待测得的-NCO质量百分比含量稳定时停止反应,得到暗红棕色的聚合松香基聚氨酯预聚体的甲苯溶液,-NCO质量百分比含量为0.36%。
实施例3:
(1)在反应釜中将100.0质量份的聚合松香溶解于147.0质量份的分析纯甲苯中,加入47.0质量份质量百分比含量为97%的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和0.5质量份催化剂分析纯三乙胺,升温至120℃,反应3小时,测得酸值为3.7mgKOH/g,即得到聚合松香基多元醇的甲苯溶液。
(2)将100.0质量份步骤(1)所得聚合松香基多元醇的甲苯溶液加入到反应釜中,在300 r·min-1转速下,加入12.0质量份的实验试剂甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和0.21质量份催化剂化学纯二丁基二月桂酸锡,搅拌15分钟使之混合均匀,在25℃下进行反应,每隔0.5 小时取样测定其-NCO含量,待测得的-NCO质量百分比含量稳定时停止反应,得到暗红棕色的聚合松香基聚氨酯预聚体的甲苯溶液,-NCO质量百分比含量为0.10%。
Claims (1)
1.一种聚合松香基聚氨酯预聚体的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:
(1)在反应釜中将100.0质量份的聚合松香溶解于147.0质量份的分析纯甲苯中,加入47.0质量份质量百分比含量为97%甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和0.5质量份催化剂分析纯三乙胺,升温至120℃,待酸值达到10mgKOH/g以下时停止反应,即得到聚合松香基多元醇的甲苯溶液;
(2)将100.0质量份步骤(1)所得聚合松香基多元醇的甲苯溶液加入到反应釜中,在300r·min-1转速下,加入5.0~20.0质量份的实验试剂甲苯二异氰酸酯和0~0.5质量份催化剂化学纯二丁基二月桂酸锡,搅拌15分钟使之混合均匀,在20~50℃下进行反应,每隔0.5 小时取样测定其-NCO含量,待测得的-NCO质量百分比含量稳定时停止反应,得到暗红棕色的聚合松香基聚氨酯预聚体的甲苯溶液。
