Generally, the mouth of the second tube connected to the suction device has a large diameter. Generally, the diameter of an injection port of an injector for injecting food or nutrition is often smaller than the caliber of the top of the soft rubber tube, in order to ensure the sanitation of injecting food and prevent other impurities from entering the first tube body through a gap between the second tube body and the injection port, furthermore, the stomach tube in this embodiment is provided with a second injection hole having the same diameter as the injection port of the injector on a third sealing plug, and the third sealing plug is provided with a fourth sealing plug (not shown in the figure) for plugging the second injection hole.
It should be noted that the hidden structure formed by the first tube and the second tube in this application is only exemplary, and any structure capable of making the first tube and the second tube have the first length of, for example, 0.7-1 meter and the second length of, for example, 1.5 meters falls within the scope of the present invention.
According to the technical scheme, the gastric tube can be in two using states of only using the first tube body and the second tube body. When only using first body, the length of stomach tube can not form the winding, and first body passes through the earmuff fixed, avoids the sticky tape to paste and causes facial skin damage of patient, allergic pruritus. When the first pipe body and the second pipe body are used, the suction device can be connected with suction equipment to perform suction operation. Therefore, the stomach tube has the advantages that multiple functions of supplying enteral nutrient solution, taking medicines and other liquid foods, sucking gastric juice and decompressing stomach and intestine can be realized, the situation that part of pipelines are wound and stuck on the face of a patient can be avoided, and the risk of accidental tube drawing is reduced.

Claims (6)
1. The utility model provides a stomach tube, just including the bottom seals just be equipped with the first body of a plurality of round holes on the bottom wall, its characterized in that still includes:
the first tube positioning seat comprises a seat body and positioning pieces arranged on the seat body, elastic belts are connected to two sides of the seat body respectively, and an ear sleeve is arranged at the other end of each elastic belt; the positioning piece comprises an upper clamp and a lower clamp, the upper clamp and the lower clamp are oppositely arranged to form a hole-shaped clamping part, and the first pipe body positioning seat is selectively fixed at any position of the middle upper part of the first pipe body through the hole-shaped clamping part;
the connecting end of the second pipe body is detachably connected to the top of the first pipe body or is in hidden connection with the first pipe body; wherein,
the top of the first pipe body is detachably connected with the connecting end of the second pipe body through a first connecting piece;
the first connecting piece comprises a soft rubber pipe communicated with the top of the first pipe body, a tapered connecting pipe and a hard cannula communicated with the connecting end of the second pipe body;
the port with the smaller caliber in the tapered connecting pipe is inserted into the soft rubber pipe and is communicated with the first pipe body, the end face of the end with the larger caliber is provided with an annular counter bore, the pipe body between the annular counter bore and the flow passage of the tapered connecting pipe forms an access pipe, and the inner surface of the annular counter bore is provided with threads;
a stop part for preventing the tapered connecting pipe from being further inserted is arranged on the inner wall of the soft rubber pipe close to the top of the first pipe body;
the outer surface of the hard insertion pipe is provided with external threads, the hard insertion pipe is connected with the tapered connecting pipe through the threads in the annular counter bore, and the access pipe partially or completely extends into the hard insertion pipe;
the lower clamp is provided with a clamping protrusion, the upper clamp is a flexible belt, the upper clamp is provided with a plurality of fixing holes which are arranged in a straight line, and different fixing holes are fixed on the clamping protrusion to realize the adjustment of the aperture of the clamping part;
one end part of the lower clamp is provided with a U-shaped clamp ring, a rotating shaft connected with two ends of the clamp ring, a clamp spring arranged on the rotating shaft and a shifting block arranged at one end of the rotating shaft; when the shifting block drives the rotating shaft to rotate, the clamp spring rotates along with the rotating shaft;
the upper clamp is a flexible belt, and a convex belt consisting of a plurality of linear arranged protrusions is arranged on the surface of the upper clamp opposite to the lower clamp; when the upper clamp penetrates through the U-shaped retainer ring and the convex belt is positioned at the upper part of the clamp spring, the clamp spring is embedded into a groove between two adjacent protrusions to fix the upper clamp;
when the shifting block rotates the rotating shaft, the clamp spring rotates along with the rotating shaft to the groove at different positions of the convex belt, so that the aperture of the clamping part is adjusted;
or,
the second pipe body is sleeved in the first pipe body, and the end part of the connecting end of the second pipe body is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the first pipe body;
the periphery of the connecting end of the second pipe body is provided with an elastic piece which is abutted against the inner wall of the first pipe body; the wall of the top of the first pipe body is provided with at least one through hole, and the aperture of the through hole is larger than the outer diameter of the elastic part;
the second pipe body moves in the first pipe body, and when the second pipe body moves to the top of the first pipe body, the elastic piece enters the through hole formed in the top of the first pipe body and fixes the second pipe body;
the lower clamp is provided with a clamping protrusion, the upper clamp is a flexible belt, the upper clamp is provided with a plurality of fixing holes which are arranged in a straight line, and different fixing holes are fixed on the clamping protrusion to realize the adjustment of the aperture of the clamping part;
one end part of the lower clamp is provided with a U-shaped clamp ring, a rotating shaft connected with two ends of the clamp ring, a clamp spring arranged on the rotating shaft and a shifting block arranged at one end of the rotating shaft; when the shifting block drives the rotating shaft to rotate, the clamp spring rotates along with the rotating shaft;
the upper clamp is a flexible belt, and a convex belt consisting of a plurality of linear arranged protrusions is arranged on the surface of the upper clamp opposite to the lower clamp; when the upper clamp penetrates through the U-shaped retainer ring and the convex belt is positioned at the upper part of the clamp spring, the clamp spring is embedded into a groove between two adjacent protrusions to fix the upper clamp;
when the rotating shaft is rotated by the shifting block, the clamp spring rotates along with the rotating shaft to the groove at different positions of the protruding belt, so that the aperture of the clamping part can be adjusted.
2. A gastric tube according to claim 1, wherein said tapered connecting tube is trapezoidal in longitudinal section.
3. The gastric tube according to claim 1, wherein said tapered connecting tube is composed of a plurality of hollow cylinders with successively decreasing diameters;
the number of the stop parts in the soft rubber pipe is the same as that of the cylinders, and each stop part is used for preventing the corresponding cylinder from being further inserted into the soft rubber pipe.
4. A gastric tube according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the end of the soft rubber tube away from the top of the first tube body is provided with a first sealing plug for sealing the soft rubber tube;
the first sealing plug is provided with a first injection hole with the same diameter as the injection port of the injector, and the first sealing plug is provided with a second sealing plug for plugging the first injection hole.
5. A gastric tube according to claim 1, wherein the end of the second tube opposite to said connection end is provided with a third sealing plug for blocking the second tube;
the third sealing plug is provided with a second injection hole with the same diameter as the injection port of the injector, and the third sealing plug is provided with a fourth sealing plug for plugging the second injection hole.
6. A gastric tube according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said soft rubber tube is integrally formed with the first tube and said rigid cannula is integrally formed with the second tube.
