Abstract
本发明属于聚氨酯硬泡的主要原料。现场喷涂阻燃组合聚醚,其由下述原料按所述用量配制而成,L-4110C聚醚、三乙醇胺、3152聚酯、磷酸三(1-氯-2-丙基)酯、A33、硅油(8805)、三(二甲胺基丙基)六氢三嗪、油酸钾、五甲基二乙烯三胺、二丁基烯二月桂酸酯、一氟二氯乙烷。本发明与同类产品相比,具有显著的优越性:聚醚成本低,配方简单,使用时,本发明产品乳白、拉丝、脱粘时间短,具有良好的附着力,在保证阻燃效果的同时可以达到氧指数30,自由泡密度40左右。

技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯硬泡的主要原料。
背景技术
组合聚醚是聚氨酯硬泡的主要原料之一,又称白料,与聚合MDI共称黑白料。组合聚醚由聚醚单体、匀泡剂、交联剂、催化剂、发泡剂等多种组份组合而成。现场喷涂组合聚醚要求乳白、拉丝、脱粘时间短,同时要有良好的附着力,普通的聚醚生产比较简单,但随着近年来阻燃要求的提高,特别是要求氧指数达到30,在生产中非常难于实现,即便达到的产品密度基本在45以上,目前比较大的巴斯夫、万华等氧指数也就在28左右。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述不足问题,提供一种现场喷涂阻燃组合聚醚,配方合理,氧指数高,产品密度大。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:现场喷涂阻燃组合聚醚,其由下述原料按所述用量配制而成:
本发明现场喷涂阻燃组合聚醚的制备方法,将各种原料按比例加入单螺旋搅拌罐,加入顺序,要最后加入一氟二氯乙烷,保持室温在15度至25度之间,全部材料加入后,开启搅拌装置,搅拌5-10分钟,然后静止5-10分钟,再搅拌10-20分钟,最后经过滤后,进行分装使用。
本发明与同类产品相比,具有显著的优越性:聚醚成本低,配方简单,低密度,高阻燃,快熟化;使用时,本发明产品乳白、拉丝、脱粘时间短,具有良好的附着力,在保证阻燃效果的同时可以达到氧指数30,自由泡密度40左右。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明,但本发明并不局限于具体实施例。
现场喷涂阻燃组合聚醚,配方如下:
将各种原料按比例加入单螺旋搅拌罐,加入顺序要最后加入一氟二氯乙烷,其他原料按任意顺序加入,保持室温在15度至25度之间,全部材料加入后,开启搅拌装置,搅拌10分钟,然后静止10分钟,再搅拌20分钟,最后经过滤后,进行分装使用。
施工时,与黑料配合进行聚氨酯发泡,氧指数30,自由泡密度40。

2.现场喷涂阻燃组合聚醚的制备方法,其特征在于:将各种原料按比例加入单螺旋搅拌罐,加入顺序,要最后加入一氟二氯乙烷,保持室温在15度至25度之间,全部材料加入后,开启搅拌装置,搅拌5-10分钟,然后静止5-10分钟,再搅拌10-20分钟,最后经过滤后,进行分装使用。
