Abstract
本发明公开了一种白色薄膜专用聚乙烯着色母料,由以下按照重量份数计的原料组成:树脂20~38份,聚乙烯蜡5~10份,白油0.5~1.5份,硬脂酸锌0.5~1.5份,钛白粉10~35份,重质碳酸钙25~40份;所述的树脂为低密度高压聚乙烯和线性低密度的混合物,其比例为5~8:3。其制备方法为:称取混合树脂、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌和白油后依次加入高速混料机中,充分混合;混合好后转移至双螺杆挤出机,熔融挤出后冷却、烘干、造粒后包装。本发明应用于塑料工业,具有分散性好、耐热性高、生产成本低,同时提高薄膜制品的机械性能和印刷性能,具有较强的价格和质量优势。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚乙烯着色母料及其制备方法,特别涉及一种白色薄膜专用聚乙烯着色母料及其制备方法,属于塑料添加剂领域。
背景技术
白色薄膜应用范围很广,根据不同白度、厚度和分散性可用于不同领域如:农地膜、超市购物袋、食品包装袋等。2012年全年全国塑料薄膜产量为1089.35万吨,同比增长7.61%,其中白色薄膜占多数,生产白色薄膜需要添加的着色母料需求量也随之增大。常规生产白色薄膜一般是将树脂、钛白粉、分散剂、偶联剂等经高速混料机混合后,直接熔融挤出,冷却,干燥,造粒。薄膜加工领域中使用普通白色母料会会带来两个问题:1、因混料不均或熔融不充分而导致分散性不好;2、生产成本高;3、母料耐热性不好,导致薄膜制品发黄。
国家知识产权局于2004年4月7日公开了公开号为CN1487012的中国发明专利“高浓度聚烯烃白色母粒及其制备方法”。该专利公开了一种高浓度聚烯烃白色母粒,由颜料、塑料助剂和载体树脂组成,其特征在于:所说的塑料助剂包含低分子聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌、光亮润滑剂、增容增量剂、偶联剂和液体石蜡,其组分重量百分比为:颜料 50~80%,低分子聚乙烯蜡 5~10%,硬脂酸锌 1~2%,光亮润滑剂0.5~1%,增容增量剂0.5~1%,偶联剂0.5~7%,液体石蜡1~5%,载体树脂10~40%。因为颜料在运输过程中会聚集在一起,形成团聚体、凝聚体。特别是颜料比例大时,虽然可制得高浓度的白色母料,但其应用于薄膜生产时,分散性会受到严重影响,并且生产成本较高。
碳酸钙具有改善塑料制品某些性能以扩大其应用范围的作用,在塑料加工中他们可以减少树脂收缩率,控制粘度。具体来说有以下优点:1、提高塑料制品尺寸的稳定性,在塑料制品中起到一种骨架的作用;2、改善塑料加工性能:改变塑料的流变性能,特别是经过表面处理的碳酸钙,不但可以提高制品的硬度,提高制品的表面光泽和表面平整性,还可以减少塑料制品的收缩率、线膨胀系数、蠕变性能,为加工成型创造条件;3、提高塑料制品的耐热性;4、可提高某些制品的电镀性能、印刷性能;5、降低塑料制品的成本,普通轻质碳酸钙和重质碳酸钙价格均远远低于树脂,添加碳酸钙后,不仅可使性能提高,还能减少树脂用量,节约成本。综上,碳酸钙作为塑料添加剂具有提高薄膜制品表面光泽度、印刷性能、电镀性能及降低生产成本的优势。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种提高薄膜制品表面光泽度、印刷性能、电镀性能、耐热性的白色薄膜专用聚乙烯着色母料及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种白色薄膜专用聚乙烯着色母料,由以下按照重量份数计的原料组成:树脂20~38份,聚乙烯蜡5~10份,白油 0.5~1.5份,硬脂酸锌0.5~1.5份,钛白粉 10~35份,重质碳酸钙25~40份;所述的树脂为低密度高压聚乙烯和线性低密度的混合物,其比例为5~8:3。
优选地,所述的一种白色薄膜专用聚乙烯着色母料,由以下按照重量份数计的原料组成:树脂25~35份,聚乙烯蜡 6~9份,白油0.8~1.2份,硬脂酸锌 0.8~1.2份,钛白粉 15~30份,重质碳酸钙 30~38份;所述的树脂为低密度高压聚乙烯和线性低密度的混合物,其比例为5~7:3。
进一步优选,所述的一种白色薄膜专用聚乙烯着色母料,由以下按照重量份数计的原料组成:树脂30份,聚乙烯蜡8份,白油1份,硬脂酸锌 1份,钛白粉 25份,重质碳酸钙35份;所述的树脂为低密度高压聚乙烯和线性低密度的混合物,其比例为6:3。
优选地,所述的聚乙烯蜡为固态低分子聚乙烯蜡,其分子量为:2000~3000。
优选地,所述的钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉,其二氧化钛的含量≥93%。
优选地,所述的重质碳酸钙为超细重质碳酸钙,其粒径为:0.02um~0.1 um。
一种白色薄膜专用聚乙烯着色母料的制备方法,包含以下步骤:称取所需的所有原材料,称重误差±0.5%; 将称好的混合树脂、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌和白油依次加入高速混料机中,高速混料机搅拌桨的转速为475~950r/min,先低速运行5~8min,然后高速运行25~30min,再低速运行5~10min;将混好的料转移至双螺杆挤出机,双螺杆挤出机的主机转速为200~250 r/min,熔融挤出后冷却、烘干、造粒后包装。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过对原材料树脂、聚乙烯蜡、钛白粉和碳酸钙选择,使其在相互排斥作用减到最小,制得的白色薄膜专用聚乙烯着色母料具有分散性好、耐热性高、生产成本低,同时提高薄膜制品的机械性能、电镀性能和印刷性能,具有较强的价格和质量优势。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种白色薄膜专用聚乙烯着色母料,由以下按照重量份数计的原料组成:树脂20份,聚乙烯蜡5份,白油 0.5份,硬脂酸锌 0.5份,钛白粉 10份,重质碳酸钙25份;所述的树脂为低密度高压聚乙烯和线性低密度的混合物,其比例为5:3。
其制备方法包含以下步骤:分别称好上述原材料后,将称好的混合树脂、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌和白油依次加入高速混料机中,先将转速控制在475 r/min低速运行5min,然后将转速控制在850 r/min高速运行25min,再将转速控制在600 r/min低速运行5min;将混好的料转移至主机转速为200 r/min的双螺杆挤出机,熔融挤出后丝料穿过冷却水槽进行冷却,并通过风机将丝料表面的水滴吹干后,进入造粒机进行造粒,制得产品。

其制备方法为包括以下步骤:分别称好上述原材料后,将称好的混合树脂、钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌和白油依次加入高速混料机中,先将转速控制在500r/min低速运行8min,然后将转速控制在850 r/min高速运行30min,再将转速控制在600 r/min低速运行10min;将混好的料转移至主机转速为250r/min的双螺杆挤出机,熔融挤出后丝料穿过冷却水槽进行冷却,并通过风机将丝料表面的水滴吹干后,进入造粒机进行造粒,制得产品。

一种白色薄膜专用聚乙烯着色母料,由以下按照重量份数计的原料组成:树脂30份,聚乙烯蜡8份,白油1份,硬脂酸锌1份,钛白粉 25份,重质碳酸钙35份。所述的树脂为低密度高压聚乙烯和线性低密度的混合物,其比例为6:3。
所述的聚乙烯蜡为固态低分子聚乙烯蜡,其分子量为:2000~3000。
所述的钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉,其二氧化钛的含量≥93%。
