Abstract
本发明公开了一种改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料,由聚醚酰亚胺塑料及添加剂制成,所述添加剂包括晶核剂、抗氧化剂、填充剂、抗静电剂以及分散剂,所述晶核剂为二氧化钛,所述抗氧化剂为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯,所述填充剂为高岭土,所述抗静电剂为乙氧基月桂酷胺,所述分散剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯。本发明改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料通过在聚醚酰亚胺塑料中添加多种添加剂,使得制得的改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料质量好,同时具有优异的透明度、抗氧化性、强度、硬度以及抗静电性,并且生产成本较低。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料,特别是涉及一种改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料。
背景技术
聚醚酰亚胺是无定形聚醚酰亚胺所制造的超级工程塑料,具有耐高温及尺寸稳定性,以及抗化学性、阻燃、电气性、高强度、高刚性等等。 聚醚酰亚胺可广泛应用耐高温端子,IC底座、照明设备、FPCB(软性线路板)、液体输送设备、飞机内部零件、医疗设备和家用电器等。现代工业中有聚醚酰亚胺用于仪表罩、轴承、线路板等,随着生产技术的不断提高,现有的聚醚酰亚胺在质量、透明度、抗氧化性、强度、硬度、抗静电性、生产成本等方面已无法满足产品的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种质量好、透明度好、抗氧化性好、强度高、硬度高、抗静电性好、生产成本较低的改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料,由聚醚酰亚胺塑料及添加剂制成,所述添加剂包括晶核剂、抗氧化剂、填充剂、抗静电剂以及分散剂,所述晶核剂为二氧化钛,所述抗氧化剂为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯,所述填充剂为高岭土,所述抗静电剂为乙氧基月桂酷胺,所述分散剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯,所述改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料各成分所占重量百分比分别为聚醚酰亚胺塑料占83.2%-87.7%,二氧化钛占1.6%-2.5%,β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯占2.3%-3.2%,高岭土占6.4%-7.5%,乙氧基月桂酷胺占0.8%-1.7%,硬脂酸单甘油酯占1.2%-1.9%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料各成分所占重量百分比具体为聚醚酰亚胺塑料占87.2%,二氧化钛占1.7%,β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯占2.4%,高岭土占6.5%,乙氧基月桂酷胺占0.9%,硬脂酸单甘油酯占1.3%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料各成分所占重量百分比具体为聚醚酰亚胺塑料占83.7%,二氧化钛占2.4%,β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯占3.1%,高岭土占7.4%,乙氧基月桂酷胺占1.6%,硬脂酸单甘油酯占1.8%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料通过在聚醚酰亚胺塑料中添加多种添加剂,使得制得的改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料质量好,同时具有优异的透明度、抗氧化性、强度、硬度以及抗静电性,并且生产成本较低。

一种改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料,由聚醚酰亚胺塑料及添加剂制成,所述添加剂包括晶核剂、抗氧化剂、填充剂、抗静电剂以及分散剂,所述晶核剂为二氧化钛,所述抗氧化剂为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯,所述填充剂为高岭土,所述抗静电剂为乙氧基月桂酷胺,所述分散剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯,所述改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料各成分所占重量百分比分别为聚醚酰亚胺塑料占83.2%-87.7%,二氧化钛占1.6%-2.5%,β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯占2.3%-3.2%,高岭土占6.4%-7.5%,乙氧基月桂酷胺占0.8%-1.7%,硬脂酸单甘油酯占1.2%-1.9%。
进一步地,所述的改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料各成分所占重量百分比具体为聚醚酰亚胺塑料占87.2%,二氧化钛占1.7%,β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯占2.4%,高岭土占6.5%,乙氧基月桂酷胺占0.9%,硬脂酸单甘油酯占1.3%。
进一步地,所述的改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料各成分所占重量百分比具体为聚醚酰亚胺塑料占83.7%,二氧化钛占2.4%,β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯占3.1%,高岭土占7.4%,乙氧基月桂酷胺占1.6%,硬脂酸单甘油酯占1.8%。
本发明聚醚酰亚胺塑料的有益效果是:本发明改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料通过在聚醚酰亚胺塑料中添加多种添加剂,使得制得的改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料质量好,同时具有优异的透明度、抗氧化性、强度、硬度以及抗静电性,并且生产成本较低。

1.一种改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料,由聚醚酰亚胺塑料及添加剂制成,其特征在于:所述添加剂包括晶核剂、抗氧化剂、填充剂、抗静电剂以及分散剂,所述晶核剂为二氧化钛,所述抗氧化剂为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯,所述填充剂为高岭土,所述抗静电剂为乙氧基月桂酷胺,所述分散剂为硬脂酸单甘油酯,所述改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料各成分所占重量百分比分别为聚醚酰亚胺塑料占83.2%-87.7%,二氧化钛占1.6%-2.5%,β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯占2.3%-3.2%,高岭土占6.4%-7.5%,乙氧基月桂酷胺占0.8%-1.7%,硬脂酸单甘油酯占1.2%-1.9%。

3.根据权利要求1所述的改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料,其特征在于,所述的改性聚醚酰亚胺塑料各成分所占重量百分比具体为聚醚酰亚胺塑料占83.7%,二氧化钛占2.4%,β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯占3.1%,高岭土占7.4%,乙氧基月桂酷胺占1.6%,硬脂酸单甘油酯占1.8%。
