step 101: acquiring a first application ID set of each mobile user in a mobile communication network, and acquiring a second application ID set of each fixed broadband user in a fixed broadband network;
in this embodiment, the mobile communication network and the fixed broadband network belong to the same operator, the first application ID set is a set of application IDs of all mobile users in the obtained mobile communication network, and the second application ID set is an application ID of all fixed broadband users in the obtained fixed broadband network. The first application ID set and the second application ID set may be acquired within a preset time set as needed.
The method of this embodiment may be specifically executed by an operator server or a service push device provided in the operator server, where the device is connected to the mobile communication network and the device in the fixed broadband network, so as to obtain a first application ID set of each mobile user in the mobile communication network and obtain a second application ID set of each fixed broadband user in the fixed broadband network.

The method for pushing the service information is suitable for: a scenario that the related service information in the mobile communication network needs to be sent only to the user who only uses the mobile communication network, the related service information of the fixed broadband network needs to be sent only to the user who only opens the fixed broadband network, and the related service information of the mobile communication network and the fixed broadband network needs to be sent only to the user who simultaneously uses the mobile communication network and the fixed broadband network.
Alternatively, step 103 specifically includes:
pushing service opening information of the fixed broadband network to a second type user;
and pushing the service opening information of the mobile communication network to a third type user.
The method for pushing the service information can realize the cross pushing of the service information of the mobile communication network and the fixed broadband network, and is suitable for the scene that an operator needs to carry out the cross promotion of the mobile communication network and the fixed broadband network through a mobile user and a fixed broadband user. In addition, service information of the mobile communication network and the fixed broadband network, for example, preference information for binding and opening the mobile communication network and the fixed broadband network, may also be sent to the second type user and the third type user.
To improve the accuracy of determining the user type, further, the application ID may include multiple types, which may include: at least one of a mailbox account, a microblog account, a WeChat account, a QQ number, an AppleID, a Taobao account, a Paobao account, and the like.
In this embodiment, each mobile user or fixed broadband user may correspond to multiple application IDs, each mobile user has a mobile user identifier, such as a mobile phone number, a national mobile user identification code, an international mobile equipment identity code, and the like, each broadband user has a unique fixed broadband user identifier, such as a broadband account, and accordingly, in step 103, the manner of pushing the service information to the user may specifically be to push the service information to the user through the application ID (such as a mailbox, a QQ number, and the like) of the user, and may also be to push the service information to the user through the mobile user identifier or the fixed broadband user identifier.
In yet another alternative embodiment of the present invention, step 101 may comprise: acquiring the first application ID set through a DPI device deployed at a Gn port of a gateway in the mobile communication network; and acquiring the second application ID set through DPI equipment deployed at an outlet of a metropolitan area network in the fixed broadband network.
In the mobile communication network and the fixed broadband network, the application ID of the user may be analyzed from the data packet by a DPI (deep packet inspection for depacketization) device, specifically, in this embodiment, the DPI device in the mobile communication network is deployed at a Gn port at a connection between an SGSN and a GGSN of the mobile communication network, and the DPI device in the fixed broadband network is deployed at an exit of a metropolitan area network of the fixed broadband network.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the homing areas of all mobile users corresponding to the first application ID set correspond to all fixed broadband network user homing areas corresponding to the second application ID set, and specifically, the method can be implemented by setting a deployment range of the DPI device in the mobile communication network and a deployment range of the DPI device in the fixed broadband network, so that an operator can perform service push in one city or one province, and flexibility of service push is improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a first embodiment of the service delivery apparatus of the present invention, and referring to fig. 2, the apparatus of this embodiment may be configured in an operator server, and specifically includes:
an obtaining module 21, configured to obtain a first application ID set of each mobile user in a mobile communication network, and obtain a second application ID set of each fixed broadband user in a fixed broadband network;
a determining module 22, configured to determine that a mobile subscriber and a fixed broadband subscriber corresponding to an application ID included in an intersection of the first application ID set and the second application ID set are the same subscriber, and the subscriber is a first type subscriber that opens a mobile communication network and a fixed broadband network at the same time; determining that the mobile user corresponding to the application ID only contained in the first application ID set is a second type user only opening a mobile communication network; determining that the fixed broadband user corresponding to the application ID only contained in the second application ID set is a third type user only opening a fixed broadband network;
and the pushing module 23 is configured to perform service pushing according to the determination result.
The apparatus of this embodiment may be used to implement the technical solution of the method embodiment shown in fig. 1, and the specific implementation principle and effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
Further, the pushing module 23 is specifically configured to:
pushing the service information in the mobile communication network and the service information in the fixed broadband network to a first type of user;
pushing service information in the mobile communication network to a second type user;
and pushing the service information in the fixed broadband network to a third type user.
Or, the pushing module 23 is specifically configured to:
pushing service opening information of the fixed broadband network to a second type user;
and pushing the service opening information of the mobile communication network to a third type user.
The application ID includes:
at least one of a mailbox account, a microblog account, a WeChat account, a QQ number, an AppleID, a Taobao account and a Paobao account.
The obtaining module 21 is specifically configured to:
acquiring the first application ID set through a DPI device deployed at a Gn port of a gateway in the mobile communication network;
and acquiring the second application ID set through DPI equipment deployed at an outlet of a metropolitan area network in the fixed broadband network.
The device of the embodiment can realize more accurate determination of the user type through the multi-type application ID, and push the service information in a targeted manner according to the user type and the service information push requirement, thereby improving the accuracy of service promotion and the efficiency of service information push, saving signaling overhead, and reducing the cost of resources consumed by pushing the service information.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. acquiring a first application ID set of each mobile user in a mobile communication network, and acquiring a second application ID set of each fixed broadband user in a fixed broadband network;
determining that a mobile user and a fixed broadband user corresponding to application IDs contained in an intersection of the first application ID set and the second application ID set are the same user and the user is a first type user for opening a mobile communication network and a fixed broadband network simultaneously; determining that the mobile user corresponding to the application ID only contained in the first application ID set is a second type user only opening a mobile communication network; determining that the fixed broadband user corresponding to the application ID only contained in the second application ID set is a third type user only opening a fixed broadband network;
carrying out service pushing according to the determined result;
the pushing the service according to the determined result includes:
pushing service opening information of the fixed broadband network to a second type user;
pushing service opening information of the mobile communication network to a third type user; or,
the pushing the service according to the determined result includes:
pushing the service information in the mobile communication network and the service information in the fixed broadband network to a first type of user;
pushing service information in the mobile communication network to a second type user;
and pushing the service information in the fixed broadband network to a third type user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the application ID comprises:
at least one of a mailbox account, a microblog account, a WeChat account, a QQ number, an AppleID, a Taobao account and a Paobao account.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining a first set of application IDs for each mobile subscriber in the mobile communications network and obtaining a second set of application IDs for each fixed broadband subscriber in the fixed broadband network comprises:
acquiring the first application ID set through a DPI device deployed at a Gn port of a gateway in the mobile communication network;
and acquiring the second application ID set through DPI equipment deployed at an outlet of a metropolitan area network in the fixed broadband network.
4. A traffic pushing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a first application ID set of each mobile user in a mobile communication network and acquiring a second application ID set of each fixed broadband user in a fixed broadband network;
a determining module, configured to determine that a mobile subscriber and a fixed broadband subscriber corresponding to an application ID included in an intersection of the first application ID set and the second application ID set are the same subscriber, and that the subscriber is a first type subscriber that opens a mobile communication network and a fixed broadband network at the same time; determining that the mobile user corresponding to the application ID only contained in the first application ID set is a second type user only opening a mobile communication network; determining that the fixed broadband user corresponding to the application ID only contained in the second application ID set is a third type user only opening a fixed broadband network;
the pushing module is used for pushing the service according to the determined result;
the pushing module is specifically configured to:
pushing the service information in the mobile communication network and the service information in the fixed broadband network to a first type of user;
pushing service information in the mobile communication network to a second type user;
pushing service information in the fixed broadband network to a third type user; or,
the pushing module is specifically configured to:
pushing service opening information of the fixed broadband network to a second type user;
and pushing the service opening information of the mobile communication network to a third type user.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the application ID comprises:
at least one of a mailbox account, a microblog account, a WeChat account, a QQ number, an AppleID, a Taobao account and a Paobao account.
6. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the acquisition module is specifically configured to:
acquiring the first application ID set through a DPI device deployed at a Gn port of a gateway in the mobile communication network;
and acquiring the second application ID set through DPI equipment deployed at an outlet of a metropolitan area network in the fixed broadband network.
