10. The apparatus of claim 8,
the detection module is specifically configured to use a network identifier carried in a broadcast message that the terminal can correctly monitor at present as a network identifier of a network to which the terminal is currently accessed.
11. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
the setting module is used for setting a calling inlet of the service application software which is installed in the terminal and can be operated only by depending on the network into a hidden state when the terminal does not access the network.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, further comprising:
and the judging module is used for judging whether the SIM card is inserted into the terminal or not, and if not, determining that the terminal does not have access to the network currently.
13. The apparatus of claim 8,
the processing module is further configured to run all installed service application software in the terminal after the service application software is uninstalled and searched and installed.
14. The device according to any one of claims 8 to 13, wherein the terminal service processing device is applied to a mobile phone terminal.
