汽车左中门锁,包括滑块、棘轮、棘爪。在底板上右边设置有棘轮,左边设置有棘爪,中间设置有滑块及回位簧;棘轮、棘爪上覆盖有锁本体;锁本体上设置有盖板,盖板竖直板上左边上端焊接有中控安装支架,中控安装支架上安装有中控闭锁器,右边由铆接轴联接着锁止摇臂,连接板联接外开拨动板与锁止摇臂,锁止连杆将中控闭锁器与锁止摇臂联接;盖板水平板上左边由铆接轴联接着外开连动板及外开拨动板;外开拨动板上安装有外开拉杆连接套,外开拉杆连接套上联接着外开拉杆;本发明采用内外开独立结构,在车门出现制造偏差较大或变形时,保证中控信号不会失控,外开行程一致。解决了操作外开手柄时存在一拉就解锁或拉到极限才能解锁的问题。

技术领域:本发明涉及到汽车,特别是涉及到HYB201型汽车左中门锁。
背景技术:目前HYB201型汽车车门扳金制造精度差,将车门锁装配后导致车门主控、中控信号失控,在使用时还可能丧失中控功能,外开行程失控;存在着操作外开手柄时稍微一拉就开或拉到极限时才能开启,而且整车装配不方便的缺陷。
发明内容:本发明的目的就是要提供一种汽车左中门锁,它能很好地克服现有产品存在的以上问题。本发明的目的是这样实现的,汽车左中门锁,包括滑块、棘轮、棘爪,其特征在于:采用内外开独立结构;在底板上右边设置有棘轮,左边设置有棘爪,中间设置有滑块及回位簧;棘轮、棘爪上覆盖有锁本体;锁本体上设置有盖板,盖板竖直板上左边上端焊接有中控安装支架,中控安装支架上安装有中控闭锁器,右边由铆接轴联接着锁止摇臂,连接板联接外开拨动板与锁止摇臂,锁止连杆将中控闭锁器与锁止摇臂联接,左边下方安装有活动摇臂、连接板及保险摇臂,左边中部由铆接轴联接着内开摇臂;盖板水平板上左边由铆接轴联接着外开连动板及外开拨动板;所述的外开拨动板上安装有外开拉杆连接套,外开拉杆连接套上联接着外开拉杆;螺钉穿过底板与盖板联接。本发明采用内外开独立结构,在车门出现制造偏差较大或变形时,保证中控信号不会失控,外开行程一致。解决了操作外开手柄时存在一拉就解锁或拉到极限才能解锁或外开时无法解锁的问题。

汽车左中门锁,包括滑块2-3、棘轮2-4、棘爪2-5,其特征在于:采用内外开独立结构;在底板2-1上右边设置有棘轮2-4,左边设置有棘爪2-5,中间设置有滑块2-3及回位簧2-2;棘轮2-4、棘爪2-5上覆盖有锁本体2-6;锁本体2-6上设置有盖板2-7,盖板2-7竖直板上左边上端焊接有中控安装支架2-8,中控安装支架2-8上安装有中控闭锁器2-14,右边由铆接轴联接着锁止摇臂2-9,连接板2-11联接外开拨动板2-12与锁止摇臂2-9,锁止连杆2-15将中控闭锁器2-14与锁止摇臂2-9联接,左边下方安装有活动摇臂2-10、连接板2-11及保险摇臂2-19,左边中部由铆接轴联接着内开摇臂2-20;盖板2-7水平板上左边由铆接轴联接着外开连动板2-13及外开拨动板2-12;所述的外开拨动板2-12上安装有外开拉杆连接套2-16 ,外开拉杆连接套2-16上联接着外开拉杆2-17;螺钉穿过底板2-1与盖板2-7联接。具体实施时,本发明内外开采用独立结构,外开初始点固定,开外开时,外开拨动板独立运动,不会受锁体中其它零件的影响,可弥补车门制造偏差及变形导致的安装孔位偏离尺寸,解决了操作外开手柄时存在一拉就解锁或拉到极限才能解锁或外开时无法解锁的问题。

1.汽车左中门锁,包括滑块(2-3)、棘轮(2-4)、棘爪(2-5),其特征在于:采用内外开独立结构;在底板(2-1)上右边设置有棘轮(2-4),左边设置有棘爪(2-5),中间设置有滑块(2-3)及回位簧(2-2);棘轮(2-4)、棘爪(2-5)上覆盖有锁本体(2-6);锁本体(2-6)上设置有盖板(2-7),盖板(2-7)竖直板上左边上端焊接有中控安装支架(2-8),中控安装支架(2-8)上安装有中控闭锁器(2-14),右边由铆接轴联接着锁止摇臂(2-9),连接板(2-11)联接外开拨动板(2-12)与锁止摇臂(2-9),锁止连杆(2-15)将中控闭锁器(2-14)与锁止摇臂(2-9)联接,左边下方安装有活动摇臂(2-10)、连接板(2-11)及保险摇臂(2-19),左边中部由铆接轴联接着内开摇臂(2-20);盖板(2-7)水平板上左边由铆接轴联接着外开连动板(2-13)及外开拨动板(2-12);所述的外开拨动板(2-12)上安装有外开拉杆连接套(2-16) ,外开拉杆连接套(2-16)上联接着外开拉杆(2-17);螺钉穿过底板(2-1)与盖板(2-7)联接。
