Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将紧固元件推进支撑材料中的手持紧固工具,包括具有腔室的内燃机,该腔室用于容纳燃料,当燃料被点燃时,推动活塞在汽缸内移动,随即驱动紧固元件移动。
背景技术
本发明涉及例如射钉机或装订机类型的手持工具。
来自工具中的燃料筒中的点火燃料,由后汽缸头部支撑的火花塞点燃。这样的点火只能发生在腔室关闭之后,也就是在腔室被驱动至后部邻接汽缸头部之后。腔室的移动发生在将该工具抵靠支撑材料时,抵靠支撑材料的作用将针导杆推回工具的后部,台座位于(或开始于)工具的后部,针导杆通过与腔室一体连接的轭和罩驱动台座。要注意的是,容纳燃料的空间与限定空间的工具的可移动壁,两者指的都是腔室。
当操作者打开工具,腔室向前移动时,腔室通过一邻接部分邻接汽缸。当腔室移动到工具的后部时,如上文所述,腔室邻接汽缸头部。这种后部的邻接经常突然发生,很容易导致这个或者那一个部件破裂。文献FR2,858,261中已经建议提供一个中间的后部邻接部分,但这会损害工具的简易性。

具体实施方式
现将被描述的工具是射钉机,用于将钉子打入支撑材料,工具必须紧靠支撑材料以允许预先放入工具的内燃机2的燃烧室1内的空气和燃料混合物点火(图2)。该内燃机包括具有轴4的汽缸3,其中可滑动地安装有活塞5,具有头部6和杆7,杆7沿着轴4延伸,并且接入针导杆9的轴向枪膛8中,在该轴向枪膛中装有一根将要由活塞杆7打入支撑材料的钉子。该针导杆9可滑动地安装在固定在汽缸3前部的支承件10中。
内燃机2进一步包括具有轴4的腔室壁(或者腔室)11,可滑动地安装在汽缸3上以在壁11、活塞头部6和后汽缸头部12之间形成燃烧室1,该后汽缸头部12承载一个火花塞36,用于点燃在腔室1中的混合物,推动活塞5并驱动已装入针导杆9内的钉子。顺便提一句,现在要描述的工具包括在腔室1中具有电机16的风扇13,该风扇13确保了混合功能和冷却功能。腔室壁包括前部分14和后部分15,用来承接汽缸头部12。

腔室壁11被安装在腔室关闭-打开罩21的后部,该罩21在前部被固定到中间罩轭22。罩21包括两对侧后臂23,24,该两对侧后臂23,24适于在汽缸3的表面移动;每一对侧后臂有两个臂25,26,该两个臂25,26被安装在后部、安装在和其同一侧的腔室台座18的接收外壳19上。每一对侧后臂23,24的两个后臂25,26与在前部固定到轭22上的两前臂27,28相连接。罩轭22可平移地安装在针导杆的支承件10上,因而罩轭22可与罩21一起向前和向后平移。而罩轭22只能推动针导杆一起向前平移,或者反过来,针导杆9只能推动轭22一起向后平移。罩轭22与针导杆的这种整体连接关系是通过针导杆9的后支撑腿29实现的。更确切地说,罩轭22承载滚花旋钮37,用于调整活塞杆7前端在针导杆9的前端外部的推进深度,但这并不是本申请的发明目的。
滚花旋钮37可旋转地安装在罩轭22的后桥38和前桥39之间,后桥38和前桥39对安装在其上的滚花轴31起支承作用(图2)。滚花轴31的后部分对弹簧32起到导向作用,用于打开腔室并防止弹簧挠曲。
滚花旋钮37的轴31的前部分包括:在其端部的针导杆的推力盘30,所述盘的外边缘形成邻接罩轭22的前桥39的后支撑边缘40。为了与滚花轴31的推力盘30配合,针导杆包括支撑腿29,支撑腿后部终止于台座盘41处,以接收滚花轴31的盘30的推力。
弹簧32是单个的,并且是中空的弹簧,其后部被安装在汽缸3的前部分的壳体33内并与其邻接,其前部邻靠罩轭22的后桥38。
两个腔室台座18都是单个的腔室打开和关闭台座。
当操作者打开工具,移动它远离支撑材料时,弹簧32弹伸,推动罩轭22向前,随即,罩21拉动腔室壁11,14,15在汽缸上向前移动,直到台座18碰到并邻靠槽17的前下部34(图2)。为了执行射击,操作者将工具放置为抵靠接收材料,针导杆9被推至后部,其支撑腿29将推力盘30向后推,推力盘30邻靠轭22的前部分,并将轭22推至后部,罩21也被推到后部并同时驱动腔室壁11直到腔室壁的后部15罩住汽缸头部12,并且腔室台座18邻接槽17的后下部35处于关闭位置。(图4)。
图5示出的是腔室台座及其滑行路径的第一实施方式,所述滑行路径是在汽缸表面形成的槽,其中台座盘是可滑动安装的。
图6示出的是一个可选择的实施方式,可以说,是一个相反的实施方式。这里台座盘55包括槽53,其中滑道54延伸形成在汽缸的表面上。其他部件是相同的并具有相同的附图标记。
Claims (8)
