背景技术
一般的电动式扬声器通常包括一音圈、一音圈骨架(Bobbin)、一磁路系统及一振动膜。所述磁路系统具有一充满恒磁场的磁场间隙,所述音圈骨架的一端的外围与所述音圈分别固定。该音圈骨架收容于所述磁路系统中的磁场间隙,该音圈骨架相对的另一端固接于所述振膜。当所述音圈接收到一音频信号时,该音圈在所述磁场间隙中的磁场下沿其轴向运动,从而通过该音圈骨架推动振动膜做活塞运动,进而推动周围空气运动,发出声波。并且,该音圈在所述磁场间隙中运动时将产生大量的热能,从而导致音圈温度升高。从所述音圈骨架的作用可以看出,理想的音圈骨架应该能够承受音圈所产生的高温,能够不阻碍振动膜的振动,同时在高频振动时不容易变形甚至破损等。即所述音圈骨架应具有耐高温、重量轻及比强度大的特点,以便承受高频、大功率的音频信号。
传统的音圈骨架通常采用牛皮纸、聚合物等材料制备,由于材料的限制,该音圈骨架难以兼顾高比强度、低质量及耐高温的特性。譬如采用聚合物制备的音圈骨架,其不耐高温且重量一般比较大,而采用牛皮纸制备的音圈骨架,其比强度也不够大。

有鉴于此,确有必要提供一种具有耐高温、重量轻及比强度大的音圈骨架以及具有该音圈骨架的扬声器。

与现有技术相比较,所述音圈骨架中采用的碳纳米管膜结构及无定形碳均为碳素材料,碳素材料具有良好的耐高温性及较小的密度,因此该碳纳米管及无定形碳制成的音圈骨架具有良好的耐高温性及较小的质量。同时,由于碳纳米管本身具有优异的机械性能,因此由多个碳纳米管形成的碳纳米管膜结构也就具有优异的机械性能;而所述无定形碳分散在所述碳纳米管膜结构中,可增加该层状碳纳米管复合结构的致密性及碳纳米管之间的结合力,进一步增加该层状碳纳米管复合结构的比强度。因此,当所述音圈骨架振动时,其由振动所形成的形变、应力以及张力可全部传递或者分担给每一碳纳米管及无定形碳,使该音圈骨架具有较好的比强度。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
请参阅图1及图2,本发明第一实施例提供一种扬声器100,其包括一支架110、一磁路系统120、一音圈130、一音圈骨架140、一振动膜150及一定心支片160。所述磁场系统120、音圈130、音圈骨架140、振动膜150及定心支片160通过所述支架110固定。所述音圈130设置在所述音圈骨架140一端的外表面且与该音圈骨架140一起收容于所述磁路系统120。所述振动膜150及定心支片160的一端固定在所述支架110,另一端固定在音圈骨架140上。
所述支架110为一端开口的圆台形结构,其具有一空腔111及一底部112。该空腔111容设所述振膜150以及定心支片160。该底部112还具有一中心孔113,该中心孔113用于套设所述磁场系统120。该支架110通过底部112与磁场系统120相对固定。
所述磁场系统120包括一导磁下板121、一导磁上板122、一磁体123及一导磁芯柱124,所述磁体123相对的两端分别由同心设置的导磁下板121及导磁上板122所夹持。所述导磁上板122及磁体123均为环状结构,所述导磁上板122及磁体123在所述磁场系统中围成一柱形空间。所述导磁芯柱124容置于所述柱形空间并穿过所述中心孔113。该导磁芯柱124自所述导磁下板121往导磁上板122沿伸而出且与所述磁体123形成一环形磁场间隙125用于容置所述音圈130。所述磁场间隙125中具有一定磁感应密度的恒磁场。该磁场系统120通过所述导磁上板122与底部112固接,其连接方法可以为螺接、配合固定、粘结等等。在本实施例中,该导磁上板122与底部112通过螺接固定。
所述音圈130容置于所述磁场间隙125,其为扬声器100的驱动单元,该音圈130为较细的导线在所述音圈骨架140绕制而形成,优选地,所述导线为漆包线。当所述音圈130接收到音频电信号时,该音圈130产生随音频电流而变化的磁场,此变化的磁场与磁场空隙125中的恒磁场之间发生相互作用,迫使该音圈130产生振动。
请参阅图3,所述音圈骨架140为一层状碳纳米管复合结构合围形成的中空管状结构,该音圈骨架140与所述导磁芯柱124同心设置且间隔套设于所述导磁芯柱124且部分收容于所述磁场间隙125。该音圈骨架140的外表面与所述音圈130固接,且其远离所述磁场系统120的一端固接在所述振动膜150的中心位置。当所述音圈骨架140随音圈130振动时,带动所述振动膜150振动,从而使所述振动膜150周围的空气发生膨胀,产生声波。请参见图4及图5,所述层状碳纳米管复合结构包括一碳纳米管膜结构141及一无定形碳结构142。
该碳纳米管膜结构141包括多个碳纳米管及由该多个碳纳米管形成的微孔1411。具体地,相邻的碳纳米管通过范德华力结合,使该多个碳纳米管形成一自支撑的碳纳米管膜结构。所述多个无定形碳1421(Amorphous carbon)通过共价键相结合,形成一无定形碳结构142。所谓“自支撑结构”即该碳纳米管膜结构141无需通过一支撑体支撑,也能保持自身特定的形状。由于该自支撑的碳纳米管膜结构141中大量的碳纳米管通过范德华力相互吸引,从而使该碳纳米管膜结构141具有特定的形状,形成一自支撑结构。所述碳纳米管膜结构141可为由至少一碳纳米管膜形成的膜状结构,当所述碳纳米管膜结构141包括多个碳纳米管膜时,该多个碳纳米管膜层叠设置,相邻的碳纳米管膜通过范德华力相结合。该碳纳米管膜可以是碳纳米管拉膜、碳纳米管絮化膜或碳纳米管碾压膜。
所述碳纳米管膜结构141可包括至少一碳纳米管拉膜,该碳纳米管拉膜为从碳纳米管阵列中直接拉取获得的一种具有自支撑性的碳纳米管膜。每一碳纳米管拉膜包括多个基本平行且平行于碳纳米管拉膜表面排列的碳纳米管。具体地,所述多个碳纳米管通过范德华力首尾相连且基本沿同一方向择优取向排列。可以理解,由于该自支撑的碳纳米管拉膜中大量的碳纳米管通过范德华力相互吸引并通过范德华力首尾相连,从而使该碳纳米管拉膜具有特定的形状,形成一自支撑结构。该碳纳米管片段具有任意的宽度、厚度、均匀性及形状。所述碳纳米管拉膜的厚度为0.5纳米~100微米,宽度与拉取该碳纳米管拉膜的碳纳米管阵列的尺寸有关,长度不限。
当所述碳纳米管膜结构141包括层叠设置的多层碳纳米管拉膜时,相邻两层碳纳米管拉膜中的择优取向排列的碳纳米管之间形成一交叉角度α,α大于等于0度小于等于90度(0°≤α≤90°)。所述多个碳纳米管拉膜之间或一个碳纳米管拉膜之中的相邻的碳纳米管之间具有一定间隙,从而在碳纳米管膜结构141中形成多个微孔1411,该微孔1411的孔径约小于10微米。
所述碳纳米管膜结构141可为一碳纳米管絮化膜,该碳纳米管絮化膜为将一碳纳米管原料絮化处理获得的一自支撑的碳纳米管膜。该碳纳米管絮化膜包括相互缠绕且均匀分布的碳纳米管。碳纳米管的长度大于10微米,优选为200~900微米,从而使碳纳米管相互缠绕在一起。所述碳纳米管之间通过范德华力相互吸引、分布,形成网络状结构。由于该自支撑的碳纳米管絮化膜中大量的碳纳米管通过范德华力相互吸引并相互缠绕,从而使该碳纳米管絮化膜具有特定的形状,形成一自支撑结构。所述碳纳米管絮化膜各向同性。所述碳纳米管絮化膜中的碳纳米管为均匀分布,无规则排列,形成大量的微孔1411结构,微孔1411孔径约小于10微米。所述碳纳米管絮化膜的长度和宽度不限。由于在碳纳米管絮化膜中,碳纳米管相互缠绕,因此该碳纳米管絮化膜具有很好的柔韧性,且为一自支撑结构,可以弯曲折叠成任意形状而不破裂。所述碳纳米管絮化膜的面积及厚度均不限,厚度为1微米~1毫米,优选为100微米。
所述碳纳米管膜结构141可为一碳纳米管碾压膜,该碳纳米管碾压膜为通过碾压一碳纳米管阵列获得的一种具有自支撑性的碳纳米管膜。该碳纳米管碾压膜包括均匀分布的碳纳米管,碳纳米管沿同一方向或不同方向择优取向排列。所述碳纳米管碾压膜中的碳纳米管相互部分交叠,并通过范德华力相互吸引,紧密结合,使得该碳纳米管膜结构141具有很好的柔韧性,可以弯曲折叠成任意形状而不破裂。且由于碳纳米管碾压膜中的碳纳米管之间通过范德华力相互吸引,紧密结合,使碳纳米管碾压膜为一自支撑的结构。所述碳纳米管碾压膜中的碳纳米管与形成碳纳米管阵列的生长基底的表面形成一夹角β,其中,β大于等于0度且小于等于15度,该夹角β与施加在碳纳米管阵列上的压力有关,压力越大,该夹角越小,优选地,该碳纳米管碾压膜中的碳纳米管平行于该生长基底排列。该碳纳米管碾压膜为通过碾压一碳纳米管阵列获得,依据碾压的方式不同,该碳纳米管碾压膜中的碳纳米管具有不同的排列形式。具体地,碳纳米管可以无序排列;当沿不同方向碾压时,碳纳米管沿不同方向择优取向排列;当沿同一方向碾压时,碳纳米管沿一固定方向择优取向排列。该碳纳米管碾压膜中碳纳米管的长度大于50微米。
该碳纳米管碾压膜的面积和厚度不限,可根据实际需要选择。该碳纳米管碾压膜的面积与碳纳米管阵列的尺寸基本相同。该碳纳米管碾压膜厚度与碳纳米管阵列的高度以及碾压的压力有关,可为1微米~1毫米。可以理解,碳纳米管阵列的高度越大而施加的压力越小,则制备的碳纳米管碾压膜的厚度越大;反之,碳纳米管阵列的高度越小而施加的压力越大,则制备的碳纳米管碾压膜的厚度越小。所述碳纳米管碾压膜之中的相邻的碳纳米管之间具有一定间隙,从而在碳纳米管碾压膜中形成多个微孔1411,微孔1411的孔径约小于10微米。
当碳纳米管以一定规则有序排列,在该碳纳米管排列方向上,该碳纳米管膜能够充分利用碳纳米管轴向具有的较大强度及杨氏模量,从而使该碳纳米管膜沿其中碳纳米管的排列方向具有较大强度及杨氏模量。因此,可根据音圈骨架140需要增加强度及杨氏模量的位置及方向通过改变该碳纳米管膜的设置方向,改变该音圈骨架140不同方向上的强度及杨氏模量,从而适应不同扬声器的应用需要。
所述无定形碳结构142包括多个无定形碳1421填充在该碳纳米管膜结构141的微孔中,并在该微孔中均匀分布。或者说所述无定形碳1421分布在所述多个碳纳米管之间的间隙中。进一步地,所述多个无定形碳1421分布在碳纳米管的管壁上或包覆于碳纳米管的表面。在本实施例中,所述无定形碳结构142进一步包括多个无定形碳1421设置在该碳纳米管膜结构141两侧,形成两个无定形碳层。即,所述碳纳米管膜结构141被所述无定形碳结构142完全包覆,复合在所述无定形碳结构142的内部。
所述无定形碳1421与所述碳纳米管通过范德华力及共价键相互结合。具体地,所述共价键包括在碳-碳原子间形成的sp2或sp3键。所述无定形碳结构142中的多个无定形碳1421之间通过共价键相互结合,即填充在所述微孔中的多个无定形碳1421与设置在该碳纳米管膜结构141两侧的多个无定形碳1421通过共价键结合,并形成一个整体结构。具体地,所述共价键包括在碳-碳原子间形成的sp2或sp3键。因此,从宏观上看,所述无定形碳结构142为海绵状结构,且将所述碳纳米管膜结构141埋设其中。或者说,该多个碳纳米管以自支撑的碳纳米管膜结构141的形式设置于该无定形碳结构142中,且所述无定形碳结构142与所述多个碳纳米管通过范德华力及共价键相结合。
所述无定形碳1421为碳素材料中的一种,其外部结构不限,但其内部结构具有和石墨一样的晶体结构,只是由碳原子六角形环状平面形成的层状结构零乱而不规则。所述无定形碳1421包括骨炭、炭黑等。所述无定形碳1421可分别用聚丙烯腈纤维、沥青纤维、粘胶丝或酚醛纤维等高分子材料中低温碳化而制得。在本实施例中,所述无定形碳1421通过将所述聚丙烯腈纤维在1000左右碳化而制的。进一步的,所述层状碳纳米管复合结构的制备方法包括以下步骤:首先,将一高分子材料配制成溶液的形式并浸润所述碳纳米管膜结构141,该高分子材料与碳纳米管膜结构141中的碳纳米管可通过共价键及范德华力结合。其次,碳化处理浸润有高分子材料溶液的碳纳米管膜结构141,使该高分子材料失去部分氮、氢、氧形成一个无定形碳结构142,并将该碳纳米管膜结构141包埋其中。该无定形碳结构142为一个整体结构,无定形碳结构142中部分无定形碳1421填充在该碳纳米管膜结构141中;部分无定形碳1421设置在该碳纳米管膜结构141两侧。
所述振动膜150为所述扬声器100的发声单元。该振动膜150的形状不限,与其具体应用有关,如当所述振动膜150应用于大型扬声器器100时,该振动膜150可为一空心且倒立的圆锥体结构;当所述振动膜150应用于微型振动膜150时,该振动膜150可为一圆片状结构。在本实施例中,所述振动膜150为一空心且倒立的圆锥体结构,其顶端或中心与所述音圈骨架140通过粘结的方式固接,该振动膜150的外缘与所述支架110活动连接。
所述定心支片160为一波浪形环状结构,其由多个同心圆环组成。该定心支片160的内缘套设在所述音圈骨架140上,用于支持所述音圈骨架140,该定心支片160的外缘固定在所述支架110靠近所述中心孔113的一端。该定心支片160具有大的径向刚性和小的轴向刚性,从而使所述音圈130在所述磁场空隙125中自由地上下移动而不做横向移动,避免该音圈130与磁路系统120碰触。
所述音圈骨架中的碳纳米管膜结构及无定形碳均为碳素材料,碳素材料具有良好的耐高温性及较小的密度,因此,具该碳纳米管及无定形碳制成的音圈骨架具有良好的耐高温性及较小的质量。同时,由于碳纳米管本身具有优异的机械性能,因此由多个碳纳米管形成的碳纳米管膜结构也就具有优异的机械性能;而所述无定形碳分散在所述碳纳米管膜结构中,可增加该层状碳纳米管复合结构的致密性及碳纳米管之间的结合力,进一步增加该层状碳纳米管复合结构的比强度。因此,当所述音圈骨架振动时,其由振动所形成的形变、应力以及张力可全部传递或者分担给每一碳纳米管及无定形碳,使该音圈骨架具有较好的比强度。
请参阅图6,本发明第二实施例提供一种扬声器200,其包括一支架210、一磁路系统220、一音圈230、一音圈骨架240、一振动膜250及一定心支片260。所述磁场系统220、音圈230、音圈骨架240、振动膜250及定心支片260通过所述支架210固定。所述音圈230设置在所述音圈骨架240一端的外表面且与该音圈骨架240一起收容于所述磁路系统220。所述振动膜250及定心支片260的一端固定在所述支架210,另一端固定在音圈骨架240上。
所述音圈骨架240为中空柱形结构,其由碳素材料制成,该碳素材料包括多个碳纳米管及多个无定形碳。该多个碳纳米管形成一碳纳米管膜结构,该多个无定形碳形成一无定形碳结构。所述碳纳米管膜结构包括多个碳纳米管线状结构,该多个碳纳米管线状结构通过编织等方法形成一面状的碳纳米管膜结构。所述无定形碳结构中的部分无定形碳分散在所述碳纳米管膜结构中。
本发明实施例提供的扬声器200与第一实施例提供的扬声器100的结构与工作原理基本相同,其区别在于,所述音圈骨架240中的碳纳米管膜结构由至少一碳纳米线状结构组成,每一碳纳米线状结构包括多个碳纳米管通过范德华力首尾相连且沿该碳纳米管线状结构轴向有序排列。所述多个碳纳米管线状结构相互平行设置、交叉设置或编织成一网状结构。即该碳纳米管膜结构中的多个碳纳米管线状结构相互平行设置、交叉设置或编织成一网状结构。该多个碳纳米管线可相互平行排列组成一束状结构,或相互扭转组成一绞线结构。
所述碳纳米管线状结构可包括至少一碳纳米管线。该碳纳米管线可以为非扭转的碳纳米管线或扭转的碳纳米管线。该非扭转的碳纳米管线为将碳纳米管拉膜通过有机溶剂处理得到。该非扭转的碳纳米管线包括多个沿碳纳米管线长度方向排列的碳纳米管。具体地,该非扭转的碳纳米管线包括多个碳纳米管通过范德华力首尾相连且沿碳纳米管线轴向择优取向排列。该碳纳米管片段具有任意的长度、厚度、均匀性及形状。该非扭转的碳纳米管线长度不限,直径为0.5纳米-100微米。所述碳纳米管线的具体结构及制备方法请参见范守善等人于2002年9月16日申请的,于2008年8月20日公告的中国专利第CN100411979C号,以及于2005年12月16日申请的,于2007年6月20日公开的中国专利申请第CN1982209A号。为节省篇幅,仅引用于此,但所述申请所有技术揭露也应视为本发明申请技术揭露的一部分。
该扭转的碳纳米管线为采用一机械力将所述碳纳米管拉膜两端沿相反方向扭转获得。该扭转的碳纳米管线包括多个绕碳纳米管线轴向螺旋排列的碳纳米管。具体地,该扭转的碳纳米管线包括多个碳纳米管通过范德华力首尾相连且沿碳纳米管线轴向呈螺旋状延伸。该碳纳米管片段具有任意的长度、厚度、均匀性及形状。该扭转的碳纳米管线长度不限,直径为0.5纳米-100微米。由于该碳纳米管线为采用有机溶剂或机械力处理上述碳纳米管拉膜获得,该碳纳米管拉膜为自支撑结构,故该碳纳米管线为自支撑结构。另外,该碳纳米管线中相邻碳纳米管间存在间隙,故该碳纳米管线具有大量微孔,微孔的孔径约小于10微米。
相对于第一实施例中的扬声器100,本实施例中的扬声器200,其所述音圈骨架240中的碳纳米管膜结构由多个碳纳米线状结构形成。由于所述碳纳米线状结构中碳纳米管基本沿该碳纳米管线的长度方向平行或螺旋排列,因此,该碳纳米线状结构在长度方向具有较大强度及杨氏模量。可通过设计该碳纳米管线状结构的设置方向来增加该方向的强度及杨氏模量,譬如,使该碳纳米管线状结构的长度方向平行于该音圈骨架240的轴向方向。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其他变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (19)
1.一种音圈骨架,其特征在于,该音圈骨架为一层状碳纳米管复合结构合围形成的中空管状结构,该层状碳纳米管复合结构包括:
一碳纳米管膜结构,该碳纳米管膜结构具有多个微孔;以及
一无定形碳结构,该无定形碳结构包括多个无定形碳填充在该微孔中。
2.如权利要求1所述的音圈骨架,其特征在于,所述无定形碳均匀分布在该微孔中。
3.如权利要求1所述的音圈骨架,其特征在于,所述碳纳米管膜结构包括多个碳纳米管,所述多个无定形碳分布在碳纳米管的管壁上或包覆于碳纳米管的表面。
4.如权利要求1所述的音圈骨架,其特征在于,所述无定形碳结构进一步包括多个无定形碳设置在该碳纳米管膜结构两侧的表面,形成两个无定形碳层。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的音圈骨架,其特征在于,所述无定形碳结构中的多个无定形碳与所述碳纳米管通过范德华力及共价键相结合。
6.如权利要求1所述的音圈骨架,其特征在于,所述无定形碳结构中的多个无定形碳之间通过共价键相互结合。
7.如权利要求6所述的音圈骨架,其特征在于,所述无定形碳结构为一海绵状结构,所述碳纳米管膜结构包埋在所述无定形碳结构中。
8.如权利要求5或6的音圈骨架,其特征在于,所述共价键包括碳-碳原子间的sp2或sp3键。
9.如权利要求1所述的音圈骨架,其特征在于,所述碳纳米管膜结构为一自支撑结构,该碳纳米管膜结构中的多个碳纳米管通过范德华力相互结合。
10.如权利要求1所述的音圈骨架,其特征在于,所述碳纳米管膜结构由至少一碳纳米管线状结构组成,该碳纳米管线状结构包括多个碳纳米管通过范德华力首尾相连且沿该碳纳米管线状结构轴向有序排列。
11.如权利要求10所述的音圈骨架,其特征在于,所述碳纳米管膜结构包括多个碳纳米管线状结构,该多个碳纳米管线状结构相互平行设置、交叉设置或编织成网状结构。
12.如权利要求1所述的音圈骨架,其特征在于,所述碳纳米管膜结构包括至少一碳纳米管膜。
13.如权利要求12所述的音圈骨架,其特征在于,所述碳纳米管膜结构包括多个碳纳米管膜层叠设置,相邻的碳纳米管膜之间通过范德华力结合。
14.如权利要求12所述的音圈骨架,其特征在于,所述碳纳米管膜各向同性,该碳纳米管膜中的多个碳纳米管均匀分布。
15.如权利要求12所述的音圈骨架,其特征在于,所述碳纳米管膜中的多个碳纳米管基本相互平行且基本平行于该碳纳米管膜表面。
16.如权利要求15所述的音圈骨架,其特征在于,所述多个碳纳米管通过范德华力首尾相连且基本沿同一方向择优取向排列。
17.一种音圈骨架,其特征在于,该音圈骨架为一层状碳纳米管复合结构合围形成的中空管状结构,该层状碳纳米管复合结构为一碳纳米管膜结构与无定形碳复合构成。
18.一种音圈骨架,其特征在于,该音圈骨架为一层状碳纳米管复合结构合围形成的中空管状结构,该层状碳纳米管复合结构包括:一无定形碳结构及多个碳纳米管,该多个碳纳米管以自支撑的碳纳米管膜结构的形式设置于该无定形碳结构中,该无定形碳结构与所述多个碳纳米管通过范德华力及共价键相结合。
19.一种扬声器,其包括一支架、一磁场系统、一音圈、一音圈骨架、一振动膜及一定心支片;所述磁场系统、音圈、音圈骨架、振动膜及定心支片通过所述支架固定;所述音圈收容于所述磁场系统,并设置在所述音圈骨架外表面;所述振动膜及定心支片的一端固定在所述支架,另一端固定在音圈骨架;其特征在于,该音圈骨架为一层状碳纳米管复合结构合围形成的中空管状结构,该层状碳纳米管复合结构包括一碳纳米管膜结构及一无定形碳结构;该碳纳米管膜结构具有多个微孔;该无定形碳结构包括多个无定形碳填充在该微孔中。
