Claims (10)

1. polyphenylene sulfide fibre or coloration of textile materials method, the processing step and the condition of this method are as follows:
(1) polyphenylene sulfide fibre is cleaned according to a conventional method, dries, or the polyphenylene sulfide fabric is immersed in the solution of being made up of 6~20g/L urea, 3~12ml/L hydrogen peroxide, boil and boil 10~40 minutes, clean with hot water, cold water successively then, oven dry;
(2) will count 0.5~5% DISPERSE DYES and dyeing carrier, pH regulator agent, levelling agent, chelated dispersants with polyphenylene sulfide fibre or fabric weight and add that stirring and dissolving is made into dye liquor in the diluent, wherein dyeing carrier, pH regulator agent, levelling agent and the content of chelated dispersants in dye liquor are respectively 1~8g/L, 0~2g/L, 0~5g/L and 0~1g/L;
(3) will handle polyphenylene sulfide fibre after the oven dry or polyphenylene sulfide fabric earlier is immersed in by bath raio 1: 10~50 and is arranged in high temperature-pressure dyeing machine and fills in the dye liquor that (2) step prepared, then from room temperature~50 ℃, programming rate with 0.5~5 ℃/min is warming up to 100~140 ℃, insulation dyeing 10~60min, again carry out reduction cleaning, washing thereafter, to remove the loose colour of coloured fibre or fabric face, oven dry gets final product.
