技术领域
本发明涉及模拟香烟,具体地说是一种组合式多功能电子模拟香烟。
背景技术
吸烟对人体健康的危害性已被社会公认,而吸烟者无法成功戒烟的一个重要原因就是香烟中含有的尼古丁成分使人体产生的依赖性,因此不含尼古丁成分的模拟香烟无法彻底替代传统香烟,它不能满足戒烟者不同阶段的需要,另外,有一部分含尼古丁成分的模拟香烟虽然能够满足人们对尼古丁的摄入需求,但这些产品在使用时仍然不会逐渐减少吸食者对尼古丁的依赖性,无法达到帮助吸烟者戒烟的目的,由于模拟香烟存在上述不足,所以以戒烟或取代现有香烟味目的的电子模拟香烟一直不能推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种组合式多功能电子模拟香烟,它能够同时为使用者提供芳香气体、尼古丁成分和模拟烟雾;使用者可以根据需要分别选择是否吸食芳香气体、尼古丁成分和模拟烟雾,可满足使用者或戒烟者不同阶段的需求,有利于使用者逐渐减少尼古丁的吸食量,最终实现不吸食尼古丁的目的。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:包括指示器,指示器上开设进气孔,指示器一端与芳香发生器的一端连接,指示器与芳香发生器之间安装第一开关和第一电池,芳香发生器内设置固体芳香物,固体芳香物上安装电热丝,芳香发生器的另一端与烟弹仓的一端连接,烟弹仓内设有吸附着尼古丁的固体吸附棉,烟弹仓的另一端与吸嘴连接,吸嘴上开设吸气孔。指示器一端安装旋转开关,旋转开关上安装指示灯罩,指示灯罩内设置第一指示灯和第二指示灯。烟弹仓由第一烟弹仓壳体和第二烟弹仓壳体相互连接组成,第一烟弹仓壳体内设置第一插管,第二烟弹仓壳体内设置第二插管,固体吸附棉安装在圆筒形的烟弹壳体内,烟弹壳体两端均设置封口铝箔片。指示器内部安装控制器,控制器上安装动态指示灯组。所述指示器的外形是烟斗形。烟弹仓的外形是锥形。所述固体芳香物原料的重量比为:薄荷15.5%、砂仁12%、丁香12%、桂皮12%、干姜10%、花椒10%、茴香12%、香兰素1.5%、乙基麦蚜粉12%、芳樟醇提取物1.5%、香料烟精油0.5%、保加利亚玫瑰油0.5%和云南烤烟精油0.5%。烟弹仓与吸嘴之间安装雾化供电装置,雾化供电装置内安装第二开关和电源,吸嘴内设置吸液棉,吸液棉中吸附雾化液,吸液棉内设置雾化加热丝,雾化加热丝与雾化供电装置连接。所述吸液棉中雾化液是由下述重量比的原料组成:甘油70%-80%,水20%-30%。雾化液原料中还添加重量比为0.6%-2.4%的尼古丁。
本发明的优点在于:能够同时为使用者提供芳香气体、尼古丁成分和模拟烟雾;使用者可以根据需要分别选择是否吸食芳香气体、尼古丁成分和模拟烟雾,可满足使用者或戒烟者不同阶段的需求;拟真性强;使用者可通过选择亮起不同颜色的指示灯来表示自己当前吸食的模拟香烟中是否含有尼古丁成分;有利于使用者逐渐减少尼古丁的吸食量,最终达到不吸食尼古丁的目的等。

具体实施方式
本发明所述的一种组合式多功能电子模拟香烟包括指示器1,指示器1上开设进气孔15,指示器1一端与芳香发生器12的一端连接,指示器1与芳香发生器12之间安装第一开关8和第一电池9,芳香发生器12内设置固体芳香物13,固体芳香物13上安装电热丝14,芳香发生器12的另一端与烟弹仓的一端连接,烟弹仓内设有吸附着尼古丁的固体吸附棉21,烟弹仓的另一端与吸嘴25连接,吸嘴25上开设吸气孔28。使用者吸气时,气体从进气孔15进入模拟香烟内部,气体经过第一开关8时,第一开关8使电热丝14的供电回路闭合,对固体芳香物13进行加热,固体芳香物13受热后散发的芳香气体随气流进入烟弹仓,与固体吸附棉21中的尼古丁物质混合后形成混合气体,从吸嘴25上的吸气孔28被使用者吸入体内。其中所述的第一开关8可以是气动开关,在气流的作用下启动;也可以是声控开关,通过气体流过时发出的声音来启动。烟弹仓与芳香发生器12和吸嘴25均采用可拆卸的连接方式,例如螺纹连接或卡槽、卡扣连接等。如果使用者不需吸食尼古丁,可将烟弹仓拆下,将芳香发生器12与吸嘴25连接,组成只含芳香气味而不含尼古丁成分的电子模拟香烟。使用者还可以根据自身需要选择是否关闭固体芳香物13的电源,从而选择是否吸食芳香气体。
本发明所述的指示器1的优选结构为:指示器1一端安装旋转开关3,旋转开关3上安装指示灯罩6,指示灯罩6内设置第一指示灯4和第二指示灯5。其中第一指示灯4和第二指示灯5采用不同颜色的灯泡,当使用者吸气时,第一开关8将指示灯供电回路闭合,指示灯亮起,同时固体芳香物13中的电热丝14升温,促使固体芳香物散发芳香气味,使用者可以通过旋转开关3来切换第一指示灯4和第二指示灯5的亮、灭。该结构中的指示灯能够在吸烟者吸气的时亮起,不吸气时熄灭,与现有同类产品相比更加接近真实香烟,拟真性更强,同时该结构还具有能够指示模拟香烟当前工作状态的优点,即使用者可通过选择亮起不同颜色的指示灯来表示自己当前吸食的模拟香烟中是否含有尼古丁成分。上述方案中的旋转开关3可以替换为按压式开关。当然,本发明所述的指示器1还可以采用其它结构,例如可取消优选方案中的旋转开关3,并且仅使用一个指示灯。该方案同样具有较高的拟真性,但使用者无法通过选择亮起不同颜色的指示灯来表示自己当前吸食的模拟香烟中是否含有尼古丁成分。
本发明为了便于更换烟弹仓内的固体吸附棉21,可采用以下结构:烟弹仓由第一烟弹仓壳体16和第二烟弹仓壳体17相互连接组成,第一烟弹仓壳体16内设置第一插管18,第二烟弹仓壳体17内设置第二插管19,固体吸附棉21安装在圆筒形的烟弹壳体20内,烟弹壳体20两端均设置封口铝箔片30。需要更换固体吸附棉21时,将第一烟弹仓壳体16和第二烟弹仓壳体17分开后取出烟弹壳体20即可,烟弹壳体20及封口铝箔片30能够防止固体吸附棉21内的液体蒸发,便于存放。第一插管18和第二插管19用于刺破封口铝箔片30。
本发明为了进一步增强拟真性,可在指示器1内部安装控制器2,控制器2上安装动态指示灯组7。动态指示灯组7由多个指示灯横向排列组成,其电源由第一电池9提供,当使用者吸气时,电源通电,动态指示灯组7中的指示灯在控制器2的控制下依此由亮到灭,模拟吸烟时香烟逐渐燃尽的效果,采用该方案时,指示器1的外壳可采用透明材料制作,也可以在不透明的材料上开设透光槽。
本发明为了满足各种不同层次使用者的需要,可将指示器1的外形制作成烟斗形,使本发明所述的模拟香烟在满足日常使用需要的同时,还能够作为工艺品出售。当然本发明所述的指示器1的外形还可以是圆柱形等其它各种外形,其中圆柱形与普通香烟相同,可满足消费者的使用习惯。
本发明所述的烟弹仓根据实际需要可以制作成多种外形,例如可以制作成锥形或圆柱形等,制作成锥形时,更加符合使用者持烟的手型,使用时较为舒适,并且具有防滑效果;制作成圆柱形时,模拟香烟整体外形与普通香烟相同,满足消费者的使用习惯。
本发明所述固体芳香物13可以采用任何能够散发香味的原料制作,其中优选的原料重量比方案为:薄荷15.5%、砂仁12%、丁香12%、桂皮12%、干姜10%、花椒10%、茴香12%、香兰素1.5%、乙基麦芽酚12%、芳樟醇提取物1.5%、香料烟精油0.5%、保加利亚玫瑰油0.5%和云南烤烟精油0.5%。该方案通过多种中草药成分和精油组合,使固体芳香物13具有香味纯正、受热后易挥发的优点,同时部分中草药成分还能够起到保健的效果。
本发明为了能够使模拟香烟吸食时产生更好的烟雾效果,可在烟弹仓与吸嘴25之间安装雾化供电装置22,雾化供电装置22内安装第二开关23和电源,吸嘴25内设置吸液棉26,吸液棉26内吸附由甘油和水组成的雾化液,能够使雾化液在受热膨胀后产生雾化效果,吸液棉26内设置雾化加热丝27,雾化加热丝27与雾化供电装置22连接。其中雾化供电装置22内的电源可以是第二电池29,通过直流方式直接为雾化加热丝27供电;也可以是手机充电接口24通过外接手机电源为雾化加热丝27供电,使用者吸气时,气体流经第二开关23,第二开关23使雾化加热丝27的供电回路闭合,雾化加热丝27通电后对吸液棉26进行加热,使吸液棉26中的雾化液产生非常好的雾化效果,达到普通香烟吸食时产生的烟雾效果。第二开关23可以是气动开关,在气流的作用下启动;也可以是声控开关,通过气体流过时发出的声音来启动。本发明所述的雾化液原料重量比为:甘油70%-80%和水20%-30%。甘油和水的组合能够使雾化液在加热温度较低的情况下就可发生雾化,并且受热后产生大量的烟雾,来模拟普通香烟吸食产生的烟雾效果。水和甘油混合后对人体无害,并且对模拟香烟的口味没有影响。本发明所述的雾化液原料重量比的实施例如下:
1、甘油70%、水30%。
2、甘油80%、水20%。
3、甘油75%、水25%。
当使用者拆下烟弹仓进行吸食时,可在雾化液原料中加入重量比0.6%-2.4%的尼古丁成分,适当满足具有烟瘾的人们对尼古丁的摄入需要,有利于人们逐渐减少尼古丁的摄入量,最终达到不吸食尼古丁的目的。雾化液原料中添加尼古丁成分的重量比的实施例如下:
1、甘油70%、水29.4%和尼古丁0.6%。
2、甘油70%、水27.6%和尼古丁2.4%。
3、甘油70%、水28.5%和尼古丁1.5%。
4、甘油69.4%、水30%和尼古丁0.6%。
5、甘油67.6%、水30%和尼古丁2.4%。
6、甘油68.5%、水30%和尼古丁1.5%。
7、甘油80%、水19.4%和尼古丁0.6%。
8、甘油78.8%、水18.8和尼古丁2.4%。
9、甘油18.5%、水20%和尼古丁1.5%。
本发明所述的雾化供电装置22的外形可以是圆柱形,也可以是葫芦形等其它多种形状,圆柱形与普通香烟相同,可满足消费者的使用习惯;葫芦形可以起到更好的装饰效果,并且可以帮助使用者在周围光线较暗等视线不好的情况下方便的找到模拟香烟的烟嘴端。若使用者不需吸食模拟烟雾,可将雾化供电装置22内的电源关闭,使雾化加热丝27停止对雾化液加热,此时从吸气孔28吸出的气体即不带有雾化效果。图中10是隔板,11是通气孔。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式多功能电子模拟香烟,其特征在于:指示器(1)一端安装旋转开关(3),旋转开关(3)上安装指示灯罩(6),指示灯罩(6)内设置第一指示灯(4)和第二指示灯(5)。
