Abstract
三元乙丙消防水带的生产方法,属于消防器材的技术领域。将三元乙丙颗粒和胶粘剂颗粒分别放入双螺杆共挤机分别熔解,挤出附有胶粘剂层的三元乙丙软管半成品,将该半成品通过冷水槽冷却成形,成形后的半成品套进编织带坯层内,放置于蒸汽硫化台上,加压通入蒸汽并硫化,使胶粘剂层软化并与编织带坯层粘合在一起,停止硫化、烘干。本发明把三元乙丙颗粒和胶粘剂颗粒通过双螺杆共挤设备共同挤压,挤出里层为三元乙丙胶管,外层为胶粘剂层的双层管,使两者结合在一起,一次成型,再采用蒸汽硫化的方式使胶粘剂层和外面的编织带坯层粘合在一起。用此方法生产的消防水带,投资少,工序简单,生产成本低,操作简便;产品粘结性好,手感柔软,环保耐用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于消防器材的技术领域,具体涉及一种三元乙丙消防水带的生产方法。
背景技术
消防水带是消防行业广泛使用的输送水的用具,一般水带是在纤维编织层内衬入一层普通橡胶层,该种水带内衬层容易老化脱落,水带也不耐磨,使用寿命较短。因此现在采用三元乙丙作为橡胶层。三元乙丙是乙烯、丙烯以及非共轭二烯烃的三元共聚物,最主要的特性就是其优越的耐氧化、抗臭氧和抗侵蚀的能力。由于三元乙丙橡胶属于聚烯烃家族,它具有极好的硫化特性。三元乙丙可以利用有机过氧化物或者硫来进行硫化。现有的生产三元乙丙消防水带的技术都是通过二次硫化的方式生产,设备投资大,工序复杂,生产效率低,成本高,产品性能得不到很好的发挥。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种全新的三元乙丙消防水带生产方法的技术方案,工序简单、生产成本低。
所述的三元乙丙消防水带的生产方法,其特征在于三元乙丙消防水带为三层结构,外层为编织带坯层,中间层为胶粘剂层,最里层为三元乙丙胶管层,其制作方法如下:
1)将三元乙丙颗粒和胶粘剂颗粒分别放入双螺杆共挤机的两个不同进料桶内,将共挤机升温至160-180℃之间,三元乙丙颗粒和胶粘剂颗粒分别熔解,然后在螺杆的挤压下分别挤出里层为三元乙丙胶管,外层为胶粘剂层的双层管,螺杆转速控制在650-700转/分钟,胶粘剂层在高温和压力的作用下与三元乙丙层附着在一起形成一体,得到附有胶粘剂层的三元乙丙软管半成品,再将该半成品通过冷水槽冷却成形;
2)将成形后的半成品套进编织带坯层内,然后放置于蒸汽硫化台上,将两头固定夹紧,然后向编织带坯层内加压通入蒸汽并同时进行硫化,使胶粘剂层软化并与编织带坯层粘合在一起,蒸汽的温度控制在130-140℃,压力控制在0.19-0.25MPa,硫化时间为6.5-7.5分钟;
3)关闭蒸汽,停止硫化,将硫化后的产品放置于烘干台上烘干,最后成品收卷。
所述的三元乙丙消防水带的生产方法,其特征在于所述的将三元乙丙颗粒和胶粘剂颗粒分别放入双螺杆共挤机的两个不同进料桶内,将共挤机升温至170℃。
所述的三元乙丙消防水带的生产方法,其特征在于所述的螺杆转速控制在680转/分钟。
所述的三元乙丙消防水带的生产方法,其特征在于所述的蒸汽的温度控制在135℃。
所述的三元乙丙消防水带的生产方法,其特征在于所述的压力控制在0.2MPa。
所述的三元乙丙消防水带的生产方法,其特征在于所述的硫化时间为7分钟。
本发明把三元乙丙颗粒和胶粘剂颗粒通过双螺杆共挤设备,共同挤压,挤出里层为三元乙丙胶管,外层为胶粘剂层的双层管,并使两者很好的结合在一起,一次成型,再采用蒸汽硫化的方式使胶粘剂层和外面的编织带坯层粘合在一起。用此技术方式生产的三元乙丙消防水带,投资少,工序简单,生产成本低,效率高,操作简便;产品粘结性好,手感柔软,环保耐用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明所生产的三元乙丙消防水带为三层结构,外层为编织带坯层,中间层为胶粘剂层,最里层为三元乙丙胶管层,具体制作过程如下。
将三元乙丙颗粒和胶粘剂颗粒分别放入双螺杆共挤机的两个不同进料桶内,将共挤机升温至160-180℃之间,通常将温度控制在170℃。在此温度下,三元乙丙颗粒和胶粘剂颗粒分别熔解,然后在螺杆的挤压下分别挤出里层为三元乙丙胶管,外层为胶粘剂层的双层管,双螺杆共挤机转动时,螺杆转速控制在650-700转/分钟,一般情况下控制在680转/分钟。胶粘剂层在高温和压力的作用下能很好的与三元乙丙层附着在一起形成一体,得到附有胶粘剂层的三元乙丙软管半成品,再将该半成品通过冷水槽冷却成形。
将成形后的半成品套进编织带坯层内,然后放置于蒸汽硫化台上,将两头固定夹紧,然后向编织带坯层内加压通入蒸汽并同时进行硫化,使胶粘剂层软化并与编织带坯层粘合在一起,蒸汽的温度控制在130-140℃,一般控制蒸汽温度在135℃。压力控制在0.19-0.25MPa,一般控制压力在0.2MPa。硫化时间为6.5-7.5分钟,一般控制硫化时间在7分钟。
硫化时间到后,关闭蒸汽,停止硫化,将硫化后的产品放置于烘干台上烘干,最后成品收卷,整个制作过程就完成了。
本方法将三元乙丙颗粒和胶粘剂颗粒通过双螺杆共挤机共同挤压,挤出里层为三元乙丙胶管,外层为胶粘剂层的双层管,并使两者很好的结合在一起,一次成型,再采用蒸汽硫化的方式使胶粘剂层和外面的编织带坯层粘合在一起。用此技术方式生产的三元乙丙消防水带,投资少,工序简单,生产成本低,效率高,操作简便;产品粘结性好,手感柔软,环保耐用。
Claims (6)
1.三元乙丙消防水带的生产方法,其特征在于三元乙丙消防水带为三层结构,外层为编织带坯层,中间层为胶粘剂层,最里层为三元乙丙胶管层,其制作方法如下:
1)将三元乙丙颗粒和胶粘剂颗粒分别放入双螺杆共挤机的两个不同进料桶内,将共挤机升温至160-180℃之间,三元乙丙颗粒和胶粘剂颗粒分别熔解,然后在螺杆的挤压下分别挤出里层为三元乙丙胶管,外层为胶粘剂层的双层管,螺杆转速控制在650-700转/分钟,胶粘剂层在高温和压力的作用下与三元乙丙层附着在一起形成一体,得到附有胶粘剂层的三元乙丙软管半成品,再将该半成品通过冷水槽冷却成形;
2)将成形后的半成品套进编织带坯层内,然后放置于蒸汽硫化台上,将两头固定夹紧,然后向编织带坯层内加压通入蒸汽并同时进行硫化,使胶粘剂层软化并与编织带坯层粘合在一起,蒸汽的温度控制在130-140℃,压力控制在0.19-0.25MPa,硫化时间为6.5-7.5分钟;

2.如权利要求1所述的三元乙丙消防水带的生产方法,其特征在于所述的将三元乙丙颗粒和胶粘剂颗粒分别放入双螺杆共挤机的两个不同进料桶内,将共挤机升温至170℃。
3.如权利要求1所述的三元乙丙消防水带的生产方法,其特征在于所述的螺杆转速控制在680转/分钟。
4.如权利要求1所述的三元乙丙消防水带的生产方法,其特征在于所述的蒸汽的温度控制在135℃。
5.如权利要求1所述的三元乙丙消防水带的生产方法,其特征在于所述蒸汽的压力控制在0.2MPa。
6.如权利要求1所述的三元乙丙消防水带的生产方法,其特征在于所述的硫化时间为7分钟。
