技术领域
本发明涉及用于涂抹外墙上用于保护保温砂浆层的抗裂砂浆。
背景技术
人类的现代文明依赖于能源、信息和材料三大支柱。能源被当前世界各国普遍重视,是人类面临的四大生存问题之一。而随着工业文明的快速发展,地球上可被人类利用的石油、煤炭等资源币在日渐枯蝎,对于人类而言能源危机总的趋势不可避免。由于受科学技术发展水平的制约,人类开发能够从根本上解决能源危机的新能源尚需时日,所以如何高效的节能、降低能耗就成为了当前解决问题的关键。70年代发生的世界性能源危机,引起了各国政府对本国的能源利用情况的高度重视,通过较为全面的分析调查,发现建筑能耗在社会总能耗中所占比例较大,因此,各国在建筑设计和施工、新型建筑保温材料的开发和应用、建筑节能法规的制定和实施等方面做了大量的工作,在取得可观的经济效益的同时还改善了人类赖以生存的自然环境。通常在墙体上设置保温砂浆层,但是保温砂浆暴露在空间中容易吸水裂开,这就需要在保温砂浆层上设置抗裂砂浆,但是现有的抗裂砂浆效果较差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供抗裂砂浆,强度好,导热系数低,抗裂效果好。
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明采用如下方案:抗裂砂浆,其特征在于:包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              20~35%
石英砂            60~80%
可再分散乳胶粉    1~4%
纤维素醚          0.3~0.9%
防水剂            1~2%。
作为优选,包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              20%
石英砂            75%
可再分散乳胶粉    3%
纤维素醚          0.3%
防水剂            1.7%。
作为优选,包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              30%
石英砂            65%
可再分散乳胶粉    2.4%
纤维素醚          0.6%
防水剂            2%。
作为优选,包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              35%
石英砂            60%
可再分散乳胶粉    3.1%
纤维素醚          0.9%
防水剂            1%。
作为优选,所述水泥为42.5级普通硅酸盐水泥。
作为优选,所述所述可再分散乳胶粉为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚型高分子聚合物,最低成膜的温度为0℃。
作为优选,所述纤维素醚采用羟丙基甲基纤维素醚。
作为优选,所述防水剂是由粘土矿物为载体,添加液体有机硅制成。
有益效果:
本发明采用上述技术方案提供抗裂砂浆,强度好,导热系数低,抗裂效果好,能够很好得保护保温砂浆层。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
抗裂砂浆,包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              20%
石英砂            75%
可再分散乳胶粉    3%
纤维素醚          0.3%
防水剂            1.7%。
所述水泥为42.5级普通硅酸盐水泥。所述所述可再分散乳胶粉为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚型高分子聚合物,最低成膜的温度为0℃。所述纤维素醚采用羟丙基甲基纤维素醚。所述防水剂是由粘土矿物为载体,添加液体有机硅制成。抗裂砂浆,强度好,导热系数低,抗裂效果好,能够很好得保护保温砂浆层。
实施例二:
抗裂砂浆,包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              30%
石英砂            65%
可再分散乳胶粉    2.4%
纤维素醚          0.6%
防水剂            2%。
与实施例一相比较,纤维素醚用量增加,成本增加,但是强度更好,导热系数更低,粘结拉伸性能更好。
实施例三:
抗裂砂浆,包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              35%
石英砂            60%
可再分散乳胶粉    3.1%
纤维素醚          0.9%
防水剂            1%。
与实施例二相比较,纤维素醚用量继续增加,成本增加,但是黏性过大,对施工性能有一定的影响。

1.抗裂砂浆,其特征在于:包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              20~35%
石英砂            60~80%
可再分散乳胶粉    1~4%
纤维素醚          0.3~0.9%
防水剂            1~2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗裂砂浆,其特征在于:包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              20%
石英砂            75%
可再分散乳胶粉    3%
纤维素醚          0.3%
防水剂            1.7%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗裂砂浆,其特征在于:包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              30%
石英砂            65%
可再分散乳胶粉    2.4%
纤维素醚          0.6%
防水剂            2%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗裂砂浆,其特征在于:包含以下成分且各成分的质量百分比为:
水泥              35%
石英砂            60%
可再分散乳胶粉    3.1%
纤维素醚          0.9%
防水剂            1%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗裂砂浆,其特征在于:所述水泥为42.5级普通硅酸盐水泥。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗裂砂浆,其特征在于:所述所述可再分散乳胶粉为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚型高分子聚合物,最低成膜的温度为0℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗裂砂浆,其特征在于:所述纤维素醚采用羟丙基甲基纤维素醚。
