One requirement of an Evolved Network is to implement an Idle mode signaling Reduction (ISR) function, and reduce mobility management procedures of a User Equipment (UE) in an Idle mode between different Access networks, such as reducing mobility processing of a 3GPP Access system in an Idle state between GERAN (GSM/EDGE Radio Access Network )/UTRAN (UMTS terrestrial Radio Access Network, UMTS terrestrial Radio Access Network) and E-UTRAN (Evolved UMTS terrestrial Radio Access Network). At present, the solution of the ISR mechanism between 3GPP access networks is a dual registration mechanism, i.e. UE registers in two different access networks, and when UE in idle mode moves between the two access networks, the mobility procedure of the 3GPP access system, such as the routing area update/tracking area update procedure between systems, will not be triggered.
Another requirement of the evolved network is to implement a dual Registration (Both Registration) function, reducing the signaling interaction between the mobility management element and the HSS. The embodiment of the invention also provides a system for processing the verification failure of the subscription data, which comprises the following steps: the current mobility management network element is used for determining that the verification of the subscription data fails in the position updating process, and sending an indication message to inform the opposite-end mobility management network element to separate or cancel the UE from the association between the current network and the opposite-end network (cancel the ISR mechanism or the dual registration mechanism of the UE) but keep the context of the UE; the opposite-end mobility management network element is used for separating or canceling the UE association between the current network and the opposite-end network after receiving the indication message, but keeping the context of the UE; and the user equipment is used for deleting the context of the UE or canceling the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite network but reserving the context of the UE according to the indication information in the message after receiving the location updating rejection message. The current mobility management network element is a target network element, and the opposite-end mobility management network element is a source network element or a network element establishing an ISR mechanism or a dual registration mechanism with the source network element.
Wherein, the current mobility management network element comprises: a judging unit, configured to judge whether the verification of the subscription data in the location update process fails; a notification unit, configured to separate the UE from the peer mobility management network element or reserve the context of the UE by sending an indication message to indicate when the verification of the subscription data fails;
the opposite terminal mobility management network element comprises: and the notification message processing unit is used for deleting the context of the UE or canceling the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite network but reserving the context of the UE according to the indication message.
The notification unit specifically includes: the first informing subunit is configured to directly inform the opposite-end mobility management network element of deleting the UE context through an indication message; or a second notification subunit, configured to send an indication message to the S-GW; enabling the S-GW to send an indication message to the opposite-end mobility management network element, and enabling the opposite-end mobility management network element to delete the context of the UE; or a third notification subunit, configured to send an indication message to the HSS, instruct the HSS to send a delete location message to the peer mobility management network element, so that the peer mobility management network element deletes the context of the UE; or a fourth notification subunit, configured to notify, through an indication message, an opposite-end mobility management network element to cancel the association between the current network and the opposite-end network of the UE, but retain the context of the UE; or a fifth notification subunit, configured to send an indication message to the S-GW; and enabling the S-GW to send an indication message to the opposite-end mobility management network element, and enabling the opposite-end mobility management network element to cancel the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite-end network but retain the context of the UE.
The opposite terminal mobility management network element comprises: a receiving unit, configured to receive an indication message; and the processing unit of the notification message is used for deleting the context of the UE or canceling the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite network but reserving the context of the UE according to the indication message.
The user equipment includes: a receiving unit, configured to receive a location update rejection message carrying indication information; and the processing unit is used for deleting the context of the UE or canceling the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite network but reserving the context of the UE according to the message.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a mobility management network element, including: a judging unit, configured to judge whether the verification of the subscription data in the location update process fails; a notification unit, configured to notify an opposite-end mobility management network element to separate or cancel the UE from the current network or to cancel the association between the current network and the opposite-end network, but to retain the context of the UE, through an indication message;
an embodiment of the present invention provides a mobility management network element, including: a receiving unit, configured to receive an indication message of an opposite-end mobility management network element; and the notification message processing unit is used for deleting the context of the UE or canceling the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite-end network but keeping the context of the UE according to the indication message of the opposite-end mobility management network element.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the present invention may be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly may also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better embodiment. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (19)

1. A processing method for signature data verification failure is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining that the signing data verification fails in the position updating process;
and informing the opposite terminal mobility management network element to separate the user equipment UE through the indication message.
2. The method for processing verification failure of subscription data according to claim 1, wherein said notifying an opposite-end mobility management network element of detaching the UE through an indication message specifically comprises:
and directly informing the opposite-end mobility management network element to delete the context of the UE through the indication message.
3. The method for processing verification failure of subscription data according to claim 1, wherein said notifying an opposite-end mobility management network element of detaching the UE through an indication message specifically comprises:
sending an indication message to a serving gateway (S-GW); and enabling the S-GW to send a message to an opposite terminal mobility management network element, and indicating the opposite terminal mobility management network element to delete the context of the UE.
4. The method for processing verification failure of subscription data according to claim 1, wherein said notifying an opposite-end mobility management network element of detaching the UE through an indication message specifically comprises:
and sending an indication message to a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) and indicating the HSS to send a deletion position message to an opposite terminal mobility management network element so that the opposite terminal mobility management network element deletes the context of the UE.
5. The method for processing a subscription data authentication failure according to claim 2, 3 or 4, wherein the indication message carries an indication identifier or a cause value, and the indication identifier or the cause value indicates that the indication message is caused by a subscription data authentication failure or idle mode energy saving signaling or limitation signaling ISR deactivation or dual registration cancellation.
6. The method for processing subscription data authentication failure as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
the UE deletes the context of the UE in the received location update reject message.
7. A processing method for signature data verification failure is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining that the signing data verification fails in the position updating process;
and informing the opposite-end mobility management network element to cancel the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite-end network through the indication message, but keeping the context of the UE.

The method for processing verification failure of subscription data according to claim 7, wherein the notifying, by the indication message, the peer mobility management network element to cancel the association of the UE between the current network and the peer network but retain the context of the UE specifically includes:
and directly informing the opposite-end mobility management network element to cancel the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite-end network through the indication message, and reserving the context of the UE.
9. The method for processing verification failure of subscription data according to claim 7, wherein said notifying, by the indication message, the peer mobility management network element to cancel the association of the UE between the current network and the peer network but retain the context of the UE specifically includes:
sending an indication message to a serving gateway (S-GW); and enabling the S-GW to send a message to the opposite-end mobility management network element, and indicating the opposite-end mobility management network element to cancel the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite-end network but retain the context of the UE.
10. The method for processing a subscription data authentication failure according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the message carries an indication identifier or a cause value, and the indication identifier or the cause value indicates that the indication message is caused by a subscription data authentication failure or an idle mode signaling saving or a signaling restriction ISR deactivation or a dual registration cancellation.
11. The method for processing subscription data authentication failure as claimed in claim 8 or 9, further comprising: and indicating the UE to reserve the context information of the source network by carrying the indication information in the location updating rejection message, and reserving the context information of the UE in the source network after the UE receives the indication information.
12. A system for processing a subscription data validation failure, comprising:
the current mobility management network element is used for determining that the verification of the subscription data fails in the position updating process, and sending an indication message to inform an opposite-end mobility management network element to separate User Equipment (UE) or cancel the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite-end network but retain the context of the UE;
the opposite-end mobility management network element is used for separating or canceling the UE association between the current network and the opposite-end network after receiving the indication message, but keeping the context of the UE;
and the user equipment is used for deleting the context of the UE or canceling the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite network but reserving the context of the UE according to the indication information in the message after receiving the location updating rejection message.
13. The system for handling subscription data authentication failure as claimed in claim 12, wherein the current mobility management network element comprises:
a judging unit, configured to judge whether the verification of the subscription data in the location update process fails;
a notification unit, configured to notify an opposite-end mobility management network element to separate or cancel the UE from the current network or to cancel the association between the current network and the opposite-end network, but to retain the context of the UE, through an indication message;
the opposite terminal mobility management network element comprises:
and the notification message processing unit is used for deleting the context of the UE or canceling the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite network but reserving the context of the UE according to the indication message.
14. The system for processing a subscription data authentication failure as claimed in claim 13, wherein the notification unit specifically includes:
a first notifying subunit, configured to directly notify an opposite-end mobility management network element of deleting a context of the UE through an indication message; or
A second notification subunit, configured to send an indication message to the serving gateway S-GW; enabling the S-GW to send an indication message to the opposite-end mobility management network element, and enabling the opposite-end mobility management network element to delete the context of the UE; or
A third notifying subunit, configured to send an indication message to a home subscriber server HSS, instruct the HSS to send a delete location message to an opposite-end mobility management network element, and enable the opposite-end mobility management network element to delete the context of the UE; or
A fourth notifying subunit, configured to notify an opposite-end mobility management network element to cancel association between the current network and an opposite-end network of the UE but retain a context of the UE by sending an indication message; or
A fifth notification subunit, configured to send an indication message to the S-GW; and enabling the S-GW to send an indication message to the opposite-end mobility management network element, and enabling the opposite-end mobility management network element to cancel the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite-end network but retain the context of the UE.
15. The system for handling verification failure of subscription data as claimed in claim 13, wherein the peer mobility management network element comprises:
a receiving unit, configured to receive an indication message;
and the processing unit is used for deleting the context of the UE or canceling the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite network but reserving the context of the UE according to the indication message.
16. The system for handling subscription data validation failure of claim 12, wherein said UE device comprises:
a receiving unit for receiving a location update reject message;
and the processing unit is used for deleting the context of the UE or canceling the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite network but reserving the context of the UE according to the location updating rejection message.
17. A mobility management network element, comprising:
a judging unit, configured to judge whether the verification of the subscription data in the location update process fails;
and the notification unit is used for notifying the opposite-end mobility management network element to separate the UE or cancel the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite-end network but retain the UE context through the indication message.
18. A mobility management network element, comprising:
a receiving unit, configured to receive an indication message of an opposite-end mobility management network element;
and the notification message processing unit is used for deleting the context of the UE or canceling the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite-end network but reserving the context of the UE according to the indication message of the opposite-end mobility management network element.
19. A user device, comprising:
a receiving unit for receiving a location update reject message;
and the processing unit is used for deleting the context of the UE or canceling the association of the UE between the current network and the opposite network but reserving the context of the UE according to the indication information in the message.
