Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及三角架。更具体地说,此处公开的内容涉及适用于支撑三维坐标测量设备的示例三角架及其使用方法。
背景技术
在许多情形中都需要稳固的支架来确保被支撑的物体或者设备相对于坚实的表面例如地面保持固定。比如说,试验室设备和测量设备例如三维坐标测量仪器经常需要相对于稳定物体或者地面固定从而确保测量设备和被测量物体之间的相对位置保持不变。
确保仪器稳定性的常用方法是将仪器通过物理方法栓接在稳定的台面或者地面上。然而,这种方法需要使台面或者地面产生永久的改变而且难于复位。
在此作为参考全部引入的于1995年4月授予Simon Raab的美国专利US5,402,582显示了如图3所示的现有技术中的地面直立支架,它具有由大径杆24直立支撑的三维坐标测量设备和监测器以及从坚固平台延伸的倾斜支撑脚。这种设计具有足够的稳固性,从而能够允许坐标测量设备很容易地在直径为6至8英尺(1.8-2.4m)的球空间中测量坐标,测量的精度为2σ±0.005英寸(0.13mm),其中σ为标准偏差。
然而,还希望提供一种支架,该支架至少如现有技术中的支架一样稳固,但是却易于在室内从一个地方移至另一个地方并且可以折叠从而适合于存储和运输。
在现有技术中已知三角架能够提供可以折叠的稳固支架。然而对于某些应用,它们并不是足够地稳固。尤其是在以下的应用中:即所支撑设备的质心从三角架的正上方移开时,作用在三角架支脚上的弯矩会引起所支撑设备特别是如上所述精确测量应用产生不能容许的运动。
另外,现有的三角架难于从一个位置移到另一个位置。例如,如果希望将三角架支撑的设备从室内的一个位置移到另一个位置,那么他或者她将不得不将设备和三角架一起抬离地面并搬到新的地方,同时还要避免由于延伸支架而绊倒。如果支脚向下收拢了,当把三角架移到目的地时,还必须将支脚重新撑开。如果三角架所支撑的仪器很重,那么就会增加搬运的难度,因为整个装配头重脚轻。
虽然三角架适合于存储和运输的折叠功能自采用以来就已使它们在许多场合下都是必不可少的,但是它们的架设和拆卸却一直很不方便,尤其是在重型三角架的情形中需要手工工具来紧固夹子和其它调节设备的时候。存在这种困难的一个原因是现有技术的三角架中没有适当地为存储必要的手工工具做准备从而使它们易于获得。
发明内容
一种新型的三角架克服了现有技术中的上述及其它缺点和不足,该三角架具有用于稳固目的可伸缩支柱。在另一方面,新型脚轮机构使三角架易于重定位置。而且还提供了多功能支架。另外,通过三角架支撑提供了工具架。此外,使用三角架的方法包括将三角架连接到稳定的物体上。
通过以下的详细描述和附图,本领域的技术人员将会领会并理解本文所描述的三角架的上述及其它特征和优点。

具体实施方式
图1和图2显示具有三个支脚130的三角架100,其中每个支脚都包括叉架136和下部支脚138。每个叉架136包括从支脚枢轴132垂到支柱夹141的两个叉架一支架137。支柱夹141包括用于将支柱夹141紧固到下部支脚138上的球形柄143,以此将所述支柱夹141紧固到下部支脚138上。因此下部支脚138相对于叉架136进行调节和伸缩。在每个下部支脚138的下端为脚轮适配器150和墩座140。在示例实施例中,脚轮适配器150配置成可以绕下部支脚138旋转大约180°至啮合位置,即如图2所示脚轮152与地面接触而墩座140抬起,或者旋转至脱离位置,即如图1所示脚轮152抬离地面而墩座140支撑着三角架100。然而,这个旋转角度可以小于180°,只要旋转得足以使脚轮与水平地面分开即可。
再参考图1和图2所示的示例实施例,位于三角架支脚130之间由顶端105垂直向下延伸的是拉杆导杆160。撑杆139由撑杆轭145延伸至每个支柱夹141,以此来协调支脚130。撑杆轭145包括允许撑杆轭145夹在拉杆导杆160上的球形柄,从而可以有选择性地禁止或允许支脚136的收拢和展开。
用作示例的平台110通过使用顶端105上如图2所示的罗纹孔栓固在顶端105上。举例来说,平台110包括用于固定三维坐标测量仪器的第一支架112和用于固定计算机显示器或者监视器的第二支架114,下文将参照图7-9对此进行描述。固定到平台110上的是工具架120和一个或者多个支柱170(示出了两个)。
现在参考图4和4a来描述示例工具架120。在平台110的侧边是支撑着一对工具的工具架120,这对工具包括扳手125和T形手柄扳手123。缆绳122穿过扳手125和T形手柄扳手123的手柄,由此将工具系在三角架100上,即架子120包括工具不能穿过的圈或者形状相当的孔,如果两个工具都拿走了,缆绳将会穿过圈,从而有效地防止任何一个工具从三角架100上脱离出去。
在示例实施例中,如图1和图4所示,在平台110与工具架120相对的是两个垂下的支柱170。每个支柱都包括在它的远端具有固定架的可伸缩杆。虽然支柱170直接连接到平台110上,它们也可以安装到顶端105上或者安装到任何其它固定到它上面的物体上,在这种情形下支柱170间接地连接到平台110。
图5和图6中详细地显示了示例支柱170。在一个实施例中,在大约为端部的位置,每个支柱170具有栓接或者以其它方式连接到平台110上的第一球窝接头172。从第一球窝接头172延伸的是在支柱夹174处终止的第一支柱部173。支柱夹174设置成用于夹住接收在第一支柱部173之中并且由此可伸缩的第二支柱部175。因此第一、第二支柱部173、175以可伸缩的方式相互配合,并且支柱夹174用作将两个支柱部相对于彼此锁在合适的位置。在第二支柱部175的远端是第二球窝接头177和夹盘179。虽然指定了球窝接头172、177,但是应该理解,其它形式的接头也可同这种臂一起使用。
通过将平台110系紧在坚实的物体或者墙壁上,支柱170向三角架100提供了附加的稳定性。例如,如图7所示通过将支柱170的边缘夹到台面200上而将三角架100固定到台面200上。安装在平台110上的是三维坐标测量仪器210和计算机显示器220。图8中也示出了示例三角架100,而这次是连接到工作台205上。图9显示了三角架100正在使用的另一个视图。应该理解当仪器210、220的质心离开三角架100的正上方时,支柱170向三角架100提供了附加的稳定性。
虽然显示并描述了示例实施例,但是可以对它们进行不同的修改和替换,而不偏离本发明的精神和范围。由此,应该理解,本发明是通过示例而不是限制来进行描述的。
Claims (1)
1.用于在水平面上支撑物体的三角架,该三角架包括:
至少三个从顶上垂下来的支脚(130);
每个所述支脚(130)下端的墩座(140),所述墩座(140)配置成可以啮合水平面;以及
为每个所述的支脚(130)在该支脚下端邻近该墩座(140)处配备的脚轮适配器(150),所述脚轮适配器(150)从支脚(130)沿径向远离的方向延伸并且支撑着脚轮(152),所述脚轮适配器(150)可旋转地位于支脚(130)上从而它可以向着或者远离所述三角架(100)的中心延伸,其中当脚轮适配器(150)远离所述三角架(100)的中心延伸并且支脚(130)展开时,所述脚轮(152)就离开水平面,而当所述脚轮适配器(150)向着所述三角架(100)的中心延伸时,所述脚轮(152)就与水平面啮合并且墩座(140)离开水平面从而允许所述三角架(100)在所述脚轮(152)上自由地滚动。
