Description

  

  Einrichtung zur Befestigung von elektrischen Spulen auf Isolierzylindern.    Bei Transformatoren, Stromwandlern usw.  ist es nötig, die Wicklungen gegen Verschie  bung bei auftretenden     gurzschlussströmen     abzustützen. Zu diesem Zwecke hat man.  zum Beispiel auf dem die Spule tragenden  Isolierzylinder zu beiden Seiten der Wick  lung Bandagen oder Rohrstücke aus Isolier  material angebracht. Falls aber diese Ab  stützrohre nicht mit besonderer Sorgfalt auf  dem Isolierzylinder aufgesetzt sind, so ent  stehen leicht zwischen diesen Teilen Luft  schichten.

   Letztere verschlechtern die Ober  flächenisolation, indem sich in jenen Schich  ten Feuchtigkeit ansammeln kann, oder bei  'Verwendung solcher Spulen unter Öl die  Luft eingeschlossen bleibt, welche als klein  ster elektrischer Widerstand bei einer Span  nungsbeanspruchung durchgeschlagen wird.  Dieser Mangel tritt bei der nach vorliegender  Erfindung abgestützten Spule nicht auf.  



  Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist in       Fig.    1 ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfin  dungsgegenstandes im     Schnitt    dargestellt.  Die Spule     a    wird     mittelst    zwei Ringkeilen b  aus passendem Isoliermaterial, welche zu bei  den Seiten der Spule unter gleichzeitiger  Pressung gegen die Spule, wie auch gegen    den Isolierzylinder c eingetrieben werden,  auf dem Zylinder c festgehalten. Für die  Aufstellung der Spule in Luft empfiehlt es  sich, den Raum<I>d</I> zwischen den Keilen<I>b</I>  mit einer Isoliermasse auszugiessen.  



  Wie aus     Fig.    2     ersichtlich    ist, können  die Ringe b mit einer Trennfuge e versehen  sein, so dass beim Eintauchen der Spule in     01     dieses in den     Zwischenraum    d aufsteigen  kann, um zu dem oben erwähnten Zweck die       zwischen    der Spule und dem     Isolierzylindei     vorhandene Luft auszutreiben.
