Abstract

In a windscreen wiper comprising a yoke (12) hinged with a wiper arm and having hinged at its ends two rocker arms (24) connected to a wiper blade (28), the hinging connection between each end of the yoke (12) and the respective rocker arm (24) is obtained by means of a C-shaped elastic insert (36) which is inserted into the rocker arm and is provided with two upper longitudinal lugs which rest on corresponding curved edges (34) of the walls of the rocker arm and a lower transverse groove (44) inside which two inwardly bent tongues of the side walls of the yoke are snap-engaged. The aim of the windscreen wiper is to facilitate assembly of the two rocker arms (24) on the yoke (12) and this is achieved by means of said C-shaped elastic insert (36) and the two tongues of the side walls of the yoke. <IMAGE>
