Abstract

The uniformly pleated impermeable material that does not rot is preferably formed from cellophane, transparent cellulose acetate or aluminium. Unlike prior designs the bag will not rot or deteriorate under the action of water from contained pots and will not permit the pot to move within the bag. A bag formed from a sheet folded "sunflower" fashion is illustrated, transcribing a circle and contg. a conventional cylindrical tapered pot to which the bag is tied at the waist. The sheet may be printed with a decorative and/or publicity design.

   L'objet de la présente invention est un cache-pot destiné à cacher un pot de fleurs.



   On connaît déjà des cache-pot se présentant sous la forme
 d'un cylindre en carton ondulé qui épouse la forme du pot, ces cache-pot sont peu commodes, le pot pouvant glisser et se casser durant le transport. De plus, le carton s'imbibe d'eau lors des arrosages, devient mou, et peut pourrir.



   Le but de la présente invention est l'obtention d'un cache-pot qui obvie aux inconvénients cités.



   Ce cache-pot est caractérisé par le fait qu'il est formé d'une feuille d'un matériau mince, ce matériau étant plissé, le centre de ce plissage se trouvant approximativement au centre de ladite feuille.



   Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, en une figure unique, une forme d'exécution de l'invention.



   Le cache-pot 1 représenté au dessin est destiné à cacher un pot de fleurs 2, ce cache-pot est formé d'une feuille de matériau mince plissé-soleil. Le centre de ce plissage se trouve approximativement au centre de cette feuille. Dans la forme d'exécution représentée cette feuille est circulaire. Elle pourrait aussi être carrée, rectangulaire ou polygonale. Ce cache-pot peut être exécuté en toutes   matiéres    transparentes, en feuilles colorées ou non: cellophane ou acétate de cellulose par exemple. Cette feuille pourrait aussi être en un matériau opaque, en feuille d'aluminium teintée ou non, par exemple. On pourrait aussi imprimer la feuille avec un sujet décoratif etlou publicitaire.



   Le cache-pot peut éventuellement être maintenu par un cor don 3.



   Cette feuille pourrait aussi recevoir, en plus d'un plissage, un gaufrage.



   Ce cache-pot se présente à l'état plié, avant usage, sous la forme d'un paquet de faible encombrement, on peut, de ce fait, les livrer en boîtes ou en gerbes.

 

   Le matériau en feuille sera, de préférence, imperméable et
 imputrescible, de cette façon l'eau d'arrosage restera dans le cache-pot et ne pourra souiller le porteur ou le meuble sur lequel
 le pot sera posé.



   REVENDICATION



   Cache-pot, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est formé d'une feuille d'un matériau, ce matériau étant plissé, le centre de ce plissage se trouvant approximativement au centre de ladite feuille.



   SOUS-REVENDICATIONS
 1. Cache-pot selon la revendication, caractérisé par le fait que ledit matériau est imperméable et imputrescible.



   2. Cache-pot selon la sous-revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit matériau est en cellophane ou en acétate de cellulose transparent..
