Description
Process for the production of a plaster of paris, which is suitable for receiving a wet, firmly adhering layer of cement or other similar material after solidification. The present invention relates to a method for the production of a G 1- "köi-pei-s, which is suitable for receiving a wet layer of cement or other similar material that is firmly adhering after solidification.
This method is characterized by the fact that in order to produce projections and depressions on the plaster of paris, which are used for anchoring purposes, this is poured onto a flexible form plate provided with corresponding depressions and projections and, after the plaster of paris body has solidified, the same is removed from the plaster body so that the plaster of paris body with direct ner cover layer necessary projections and depressions Ver are exposed.
Due to its flexibility, the molding plate can be pulled off easily and without damaging the profile shape of the anchoring projections present on the plaster body. It is advisable to use a rubber plate with alternating dovetail-shaped ribs and grooves6D as the molding plate, so that the same ribs and grooves are created on the plaster body, in which case the ribs of the plate are easily pulled out between the ribs of the plaster body when they are pulled off due to the elasticity of the material can.
On this exposed, ribbed surface of the plaster of paris, a wet layer of cement or other similar material can then be applied directly after it has solidified.
The accompanying drawing is used to explain one embodiment of the method. A is a plaster of paris body and B is a cxum plate with dovetail-shaped ribs and grooves, onto which the plaster of paris is cast to assume the rib shape of the same, and which can easily be removed from it by grasping it at a protruding end and pulling it off the plaster body .
