Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation d'acide clavulanique, qui comprend la fermentation d'une espèce de Streptomyces produisant de l'acide clavulanique dans un bouillon de fermentation contenant des sources assimilables de carbone et d'azote, la concentration de phosphore dans ledit bouillon de fermentation étant inférieure à 0,15 % en poids par volume.
