Abstract
Système de commande pour les dispositifs de combustion à deux phases P R É C I S Dans un procédé et dispositif de combustion du bois dur ou du charbon on sait, que le dispositif doit être équipé en système de commande automatique ou manuel, qui est en général dispendieux et fragile aux conditions difficiles de fonctionnement. Dans la présente invention on a appliqué le système de commande avec des servomoteurs pas à pas électrohydrauliques, moins dispendieux et plus fiables dans toutes les conditions de fonctionnement. La présente inventior- se rapporte aux syst2mes cle commande de~

Pour réaliser ce système j'ai appliqué :le servomoteur ~ troi~ positions, qui controle le degr2s d'ouver-ture des clapets sur les canaux d'arrivée de 1'air de combustion.
I,e dispositif selon l'in~ention doit assurer la combustion optimale du charbon ou du bois avec le meillewr rendement énergétique ainsi que diminuer l'~mission des gaz polluants dans l'atmosphere.
La figure en annexe repr~sente le schéma du sys-tème de commande installé sur une poele à bois.
Le syst~me de contro,le de procdé contient les trois capteurs de la tempéra-ture - 10 - haut, 13 - moyen, 16 - bas, Ull servomo-teur a trois position 14, lln système des leviers 15. Le système de controle commande les clapets dlair de co~bustiorl: clapet 12 -haut et clapet :LR - bas. Les clapets sont localisés dans les canaux d'entrée d'air de combustion: entrée 11 - haute r entrée 17 - basse.
