Abstract
"ESPéCIES DE POLIPEPTìDEOS SECRETADAS (FRAGMENTOS DE QUITOTRIOSIDASE) REDUZIDAS NOS DISTúRBIOS CARDIOVASCULARES". A presente invenção refere-se a novos polipeptídeos humanos secretados compreendendo uma seq³ência de aminoácidos SEQ ID Nos 3-4. Os polipeptídeos da invenção circulam a um nível reduzido no plasma de pacientes com distúrbios cardiovasculares. A invenção também fornece composições incluindo os polipeptídeos, polinucleotídeos codificando-os, e anticorpos específicos para esses polipeptídeos. Também são fornecidos métodos para fazer tais composições e métodos de usar as composições da invenção para diagnose, prognose e tratamento de distúrbios cardiovasculares."SPECIES OF SECRET POLYPEPTIDES (CHYROTRIOSIDASE FRAGMENTS) REDUCED IN CARDIOVASCULAR DISORDERS". The present invention relates to novel secreted human polypeptides comprising an amino acid sequence SEQ ID Nos. 3-4. The polypeptides of the invention circulate at a reduced level in the plasma of patients with cardiovascular disorders. The invention also provides compositions including polypeptides, polynucleotides encoding them, and antibodies specific for such polypeptides. Methods for making such compositions and methods of using the compositions of the invention for diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of cardiovascular disorders are also provided.
