Abstract

MODULAÇÃO DE ENZIMA E VIA COM COMPOSTOS SULFIDRILA E SEUS DERIVADOS. A presente invenção refere-se a proteínas, particularmente anticorpos, tais como anticorpos biespecíficos anti-CD20/anti-CD3 e anticorpos anti-a-sinucleína, com glicanos monogalactosilados (G1) e digalactosilados (G2). Mais particularmente, a presente invenção refere-se à engenharia de galactosilação para gerar proteínas com propriedades terapêuticas melhoradas, incluindo proteínas com título aumentado. Além disso, a invenção refere-se a um meio de cultura de células e a uma célula de mamífero, bem como a métodos que utilizam o referido meio de cultura de células e a referida célula de mamífero para produzir as referidas proteínas. Além disso, a presente invenção refere-se à utilização dos referidos anticorpos como um medicamento tal como para o tratamento de câncer, particularmente câncer associado a células B ou doença de Parkinson.
