Abstract

MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR SUSPENSÃO COLOIDAL DE PARTÍCULAS DE ZIRCÔNIA, SUSPENSÃO COLOIDAL TRANSPARENTE DE ZIRCÔNIA E ARTIGO ÓPTICO. a presente invenção refere-se a uma suspensão coloidal transparente, a um método para produzir a mesma e a um artigo óptico que compreende pelo menos um revestimento preparado a partir de uma composição que contém a suspensão. O método compreende as seguintes etapas consecutivas: a) submeter uma mistura de oxicloreto de zircônio e um haleto de metal álcali em um solvente aquoso a tratamento hidrotérmico em uma temperatura acima de 150°C; b) separar a pasta fluida obtida a partir do sobrenadante; c) peptizar a dita pasta fluida adicionando-se um ácido forte à mesma; e d) dessalinizar a dita pasta fluida de modo a formar uma suspensão coloidal de zircônia.
