Abstract

"FORMULAçõES DE RANOLAZINA DE LIBERAçãO SUSTENTADA". Uma formulação de ranolazina de liberação sustentada contém uma mistura intensa de ranolazina e um ligante dependente de pH parcialmente neutralizado para formar uma película que é na maior parte insolúvel em meio aquoso abaixo do pH 4,5 e solúvel em meio aquoso acima de pH 4,5. A formulação é adequada para administração duas vezes ao dia de ranolazina e é útil para controlar a taxa de dissolução de ranolazina, e para manter os níveis plasmáticos humanos de ranolazina entre 850 e 4.000 ng de base/ml.
