Abstract
"CONJUNTO DE JUNTA ARTICULADA E MéTODO DE MONTAR O MESMO". Um conjunto de junta esférica articulada inclui uma junta esférica, um elemento de entrada/saída e um elemento de vedação para proporcionar uma superfície de vedação que toca a vedação sanfonada e evitar contaminação da vedação sanfonada durante movimento e articulação do elemento de entrada/saída em relação à junta esférica. A junta esférica tem um corpo de manga e um prisioneiro esférico montado de modo articulado no corpo de manga. O prisioneiro esférico tem uma porção de espiga que se estende do mesmo e é alinhada ao longo do eixo geométrico de espiga. Uma vedação sanfonada elástica que se estende entre o prisioneiro esférico e o corpo de manga também é incluída. O conjunto de junta esférica articulada também inclui um elemento de entrada/saída fixado a porção de espiga do prisioneiro esférico, de modo que o corpo de manga seja capaz de girar livremente em relação ao eixo de entrada/saída em torno do eixo geométrico de espiga. O conjunto de junta esférica articulado gira ainda por uma faixa limitada em torno de um eixo geométrico transversal perpendicular ao eixo geométrico de espiga. O elemento de vedação é interposto entre a vedação sanfonada, a porção de espiga e o elemento de entrada/saída para intensificar a interface da vedação sanfonada e, dessa forma, proteger a interface entre a vedação sanfonada e a porção de espiga contra contaminação durante o movimento e a articulação do elemento de entrada/saída em relação à junta esférica.
