Polinucleotídeos recombinantes e métodos para modificar o tempo de florescimento de um vegetal são fornecidos. Os vegetais transformados com os polinucleotídeos recombinantes podem ter tempos de florescimento que são acelerados, retardados ou induzidos sob condições específicas.
