Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CABEçA DE EXTRUSãO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a uma cabeça de extrusão para uma máquina de moldar por sopro para a fabricação de corpos ocos de material plástico de várias camadas com um ou vários extrusores ligados à carcaça de cabeça de extrusão (12) para a alimentação de massa fundida de material plástico fundido. Especialmente utilizando materiais de material plástico com viscosidades distintas, é muito importante que sejam criadas para ambos os materiais condições de fluxo reológicas o mais possível iguais quando da distribuição periférica a uma peça previamente moldada em forma de mangueira. Isto é obtido invenção consistindo o êmbolo de expulsão em duas luvas cilíndricas concêntricas que configuram entre si uma fenda anelar na qual os dois órgões de distriuição são configurados situados opostos no lado de dentro sobre a superfície interna de uma luva cilíndrica externa e no lado de fora sobre a superfície externa de uma luva cilíndrica interna de maneira que os materiais de material plástico distribuídos pela periferia de ambos os órgãos de distribuição saem na extremidade inferior da fenda anelar aproximadamente no centro de êmbolo de expulsão ao espaço de acumulação da cabeça de extrusão.
