Induit pour machines électriques.
L'invention se rapporte à un induit en tôle pour machines électriques, notamment pour génératrices d'éclairage et d'allumage pour automobiles, comportant des pôles estampés dont le noyau porte les enroulements produisant les courants d'éclairage ou d'allumage. L'invention a pour but de réduire le coût de la fabrication en simplifiant la forme des pièces estampées et en diminuant les déchets de tôle, et de faciliter le bobinage des noyaux. Suivant l'invention on atteint ce but en constituant l'induit de noyaux distincts reliés entre eux à leurs bases au moyen de flasques.

L'induit représenté sur le dessin est constitué de plusieurs noyaux distincts a formés par un feuilletage de tôles b et c. A une de leurs extrémités les noyaux comportent des pièces polaires d épanouies dans le sens de l'axe de l'induit, obtenues en pliant latéralement les tôles de côté c. L'autre extrémité ou base des noyaux est en forme de coin.
Les tôles des noyaux sont assemblées au moyen de rivets f.
On monte l'induit en assemblant ces noyaux entre eux. Dans l'induit achevé les faces latérales des bases cunéiformes e des noyaux se touchent et sont maintenues ensemble au moyen de deux flasques g et de rivets h. Dans un induit portant en outre un enroulement pour l'allumage, il est avantageux de munir un des deux flasques de pattes latérales 1 et k sur lesquelles sont montés le rupteur 1 et le condensateur m du dispositif d'allumage.

The invention relates to a sheet metal armature for electrical machines, in particular for lighting and ignition generators for automobiles, comprising stamped poles, the core of which carries the windings producing the lighting or ignition currents. The object of the invention is to reduce the cost of manufacture by simplifying the shape of the stamped parts and by reducing sheet metal scrap, and to facilitate the winding of the cores. According to the invention, this object is achieved by constituting the armature of separate cores interconnected at their bases by means of flanges.

The armature shown in the drawing consists of several distinct cores a formed by a lamination of sheets b and c. At one of their ends, the cores have pole pieces d in the direction of the armature axis, obtained by bending the sheets sideways c. The other end or base of the cores is wedge-shaped.
The sheets of the cores are assembled by means of rivets f.
The armature is mounted by assembling these cores together. In the completed armature the lateral faces of the wedge-shaped bases e of the cores touch each other and are held together by means of two flanges g and rivets h. In an armature further carrying a winding for ignition, it is advantageous to provide one of the two flanges with lateral tabs 1 and k on which the breaker 1 and the capacitor m of the ignition device are mounted.
