Description
1. Australia Patents Act 1990 2. COMPLETE SPECIFICATION STANDARD PATENT 3. The Chip Zip 4. The following statement is a full description of this invention including the best method of performing it known to me: The Chip Zip: 6. This invention relates to the improvements in the consumption of French fries.
7. For many people the difficulties encountered whilst consuming French fries can result in and unhygienic and/or unsightly or inpolite practice, I intend to attempt to correct these practices and offer a new manner of manufacture involving a useful invention.
8. The difficulty encountered whilst also actually actively consuming French fries can be by-passed by the aforementioned invention.
9. I intend to precut the cardboard of the box in which the French fries are placed after they have been cooked and before they have been eaten.
By offering a novel method of consumption of the fries, I intend to increase the enjoyment, hygiene and general consumption of French fries.
11. To assist with comprehension of the invention, reference will now be made to the accompanying drawings, which show one example of the invention.
12. In another form of the invention angular cuts/ recognizable patterns are made at the top, (no more than 2cm from the upper most edge of the known front of the chip box) to around 1-2cm from the base of the known box.
13. It meets a recognizable pattern/cut rising at 90 degrees from the base or near the known base of the box, these cuts or recognizable patterns can be activated by physically pulling with the thumb and fore finger while the other hand remains stationary, creating a tear or break in the cardboard or material of the box.
14. Thus, making a left and right side capable of being pushed outward to make a platform or holder out of the previously known box which is capable of holding or bearing the contents of the former box in a manner which is as aforementioned, hygienic, enjoyable and easier to consume.
