Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kraftfahrzeug, z. B. PKW, LKW, Zug und dgl., bei welchem mindestens ein Fenster, vorzugsweise die Windschutzscheibe, als durchsichtiger Bildschirm z.B. mittels LCDAnzeige ausgebildet ist, welche für einen oder mehrerer im Fahrzeug befindlicher Computer dienen.
Die bisher vorhandenen Kraftfahrzeuge besitzen ein Armaturenbrett, in welchem verschiedene Anzeigen unterbracht sind, z. B. Geschwindigkeit, km-Stand, Temperatur, Batterieladung, Bremsenzustand usw.
Um sich dieses Armaturenbrett zu ersparen und um weitere Verbesserungen in der Bedienung und Sicherheit eines Fahrzeuges zu erreichen wird erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagen, dass alle oder mindestens eine Fensterscheibe, vorzugsweise die vordere Windschutzscheibe als durchsichtiger Bildschirm dienen, wobei entlang des gesamten Aussenrandes eine Menueleiste mit fixer oder einstellbarer Breite vorgesehen ist, welche es ermöglicht einzelne Funktionen oder Anzeigen mittels eines Cursers anzuwählen. Dabei befindet sich eine Mouse, als Computereingabegerät z.B. als eingebaute rollende Kugel z. B. am Lenkrad, am Schaltknüppel od. auf einer eigenen Konsole usw.. Die Fensterscheiben sind dabei über ihre gesamte Fläche oder zumindest an ihren Rändern mit z.
B. mit einer LCD-Schicht versehen (Liquid Cristal Display=Flüssigkristallanzeige), wobei sich zwischen zwei Glasplatten eine Flüssigkristallschicht befindet, welche unter dem Einfluss einer angelegten Spannung ihr Reflexionsvermögen ändert. Diese Schicht kann in der Scheibe integriert oder aussen aufgebracht sein. Eine weitere Möglichkeit der Anzeige besteht darin Hologramme auf den Scheiben entstehen zu lassen, womit sich auch ein räumliches Bild ergibt, welches insbesondere z. B. bei der Fehlersuche am Fahrzeug von Vorteil sein kann, indem der Fehlermodul räumlich anzeigt, wo genau sich die Störung befindet.
Ein weiterer Vorteil der Innovation besteht darin, dass ausser dem Armaturenbrett auch der innere Rückspiegel entfallen kann, da eine am Heck angebrachte Videokamera das Rückbild direkt in die Windschutzscheibe - z. B. im Bereich, wo sich bisher der Rückspiegel befindet - laufend überträgt und auch die Abstände anzeigt. Es ist auch möglich ein breiteres Panoramabild oben einzublenden, welches insbesondere beim Einparken hilfreich sein kann - man braucht sich dann auch beim Einparken nicht mehr umzudrehen. Für die Erfasssung des seitlichen Verkehrsgeschehens sind links und rechts vorne am Fahrzeug ebenfalls je eine Kamera angeordnet, welche ihrerseits die Bilder z. B. in die linke und rechte Ecke der Windschutzscheibe projizieren, was insbesondere beim Einbiegen in eine Querstrasse von Vorteil sein kann. Ausser mit einem Curser können die einzelnen Funktionen bzw.
Anzeigen auch in der Art eines "touch screen" aufgerufen werden. Die Menueleiste kann beleuchtet oder selbstleuchtend ausgeführt sein.
Für die ganzen Abspielungen und Anzeigen kann auch irgendwo an der Scheibe ein eigener Bildschirmplatz, welcher beliebig verschiebbar ist, generiert werden.
Anhand einer Zeichnung soll nun eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform näher beschrieben werden :
Die Darstellung, Fig. 1, zeigt eine Ansicht vom Fahrersitz aus, wobei vorne die Windschutzscheibe-1- erkennbar ist, welche an ihrem Rand rundherum eine Menueleiste -2- mit einigen Zentimetern Breite aufweist, in welcher verschiedene Symbole -3- eingezeichnet sind. In der Mitte der Scheibe-1- oben befindet sich ein Feld -4- für die laufende Einblendung der rückwärtigen Situation. Der Pfeil -5- stellt den Curser dar, der mit einer z. B. am Lenkrad-12- oder am Schaltknüppel od. einer eigenen Konsole eingebauten Kugel als Mouse-8- in beliebiger Richtung bewegt werden kann und durch Anklicken mittels nicht dargestellter Tasten - z. B. an der Lenkradunterseite - die einzelnen Symbole oder Funktionen aufgerufen werden können.
Anstelle eines Schaltknüppels wäre es auch sinnvoll die einzlnen Gänge mit Hilfe des Cursers einzulegen. Die an den Türen angeordneten Seitenscheiben-6,7- können ebenfalls als Bildschirme mit einer Menueleiste -9,10ausgebildet sein, ebenso wie die nicht dargestellte Heckscheibe des Fahrzeuges. Pos. -11- zeigt ein abgegrenztes Bildschirmareal -11- welches an der Windschutzscheibe-1- beliebig mittels Curser-5- verschiebbar oder auch ausblendbar ist.
Selbstverständlich können die einzelnen Symbole an der Menueleiste auch verschiedene Farben aufweisen, um die Symbolfelder, welche auch verschiedene Grösse aufweisen können, rascher auswählen zu können. Alle Parameter des Fahrzeuges, sowie der augenblickliche Fahrzustand und Bewegungszustand des Fahrzeuges, sowie die Bedingungen ausserhalb des Fahrzeuges sind somit ständig im Blickfeld der Fahrers. Am Bildschirm können ständig die aktuellen Verkehrsnach-

richten eingeblendet werden. Die Anzeige der Fahrtroute ermöglicht das rasche Ansteuern eines Zieles.
Alle Funktionen welches das Fahrzeug aufweist können mit Hilfe des Cursers od. dgl. bedient werden, ohne dass der Fahrer das Lenkrad loslassen, oder seinen Kopf wenden muss!
Beispielsweise Funktionen und Anzeigen welche weiters in der Schaltleiste -2- vorhanden sein können - ausser denjenigen welche vom Armaturenbrett bereits in die Windschutzscheibe gewechselt sind:
- Klimaanlageregelung - Anzeige der Hecksituation und seitliche Strassenbilder - Fahrzeugneigung - Schalten der Motorgänge - Anzeige in % der noch vorhandenen Sicherheit beim Kurvenfahren - Messung und Anzeige aller Abstände vorne, hinten und seitlich - Lärmpegel innen und aussen - Weganzeige (Strassenanzeige mittels Satellitennavigation) - Fahrtrichtungsanzeige - alle aktuellen Motordaten entsprechend einem Bordcomputer - Herstellen der Telefonverbindungen durch antippen eines Menuefeldes - Radio und Fernsehen Ein- und Ausschalten - Einspielen eines beliebigen Computerprogrammes, für Büroarbeiten od. Videospiele (vornehmlich im stehenden Zustand des Fahrzeuges oder für die Fahrgäste an den Seitenfenstern) - Reifendrücke - Serviceanzeigen - Anzeige f. d. Störungsbehebung - Strassenzustand usw. usw.
Damit sind nur einige Beispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes beschrieben, wobei noch viele weitere Varianten denkbar wären ohne die Grundidee zu verlassen. Z. B. besteht die Möglichkeit auch die äusseren Rückspiegel auf dieselbe Weise wie den inneren Rückspiegel zu ersetzen.
Mittels Spracherkennungssystem wäre es auch möglich die einzelnen Menuefelder der Symbolleiste aufzurufen ohne einer manuellen Bewegung. Diese Innovation bedeutet sozusagen "windows" für die Windschutzscheibe.
Eine weitere Variante ist, die Symbolfelder auf der Menueleiste als 3-D-Hologramme darzustellen. Es gibt eine reihe von Symbolen welche reine Anzeigen und Warnblinkleuchten sind, ähnlich wie im Armaturenbrett, und solche Symbole welche angeklickt werden müssen und eine Funktion auslösen, z. B. Telefonverbindung herstellen, Internet-Anschluss herstellen, Strassenkarten aufrufen, Licht einschalten, Radio bedienen, Feststellbremse betätigen usw. Der Vorteil ist immer, dass man vom Blick auf die Windschutzscheibe nicht abzulassen braucht, womit die Verkehrssicherheit steigt. Die Umgebung der Symbole und der Anzeigen ist transparent, sodass möglichst wenig Sichtbeeinträchtigung erfolgt.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE:
1. Kraftfahrzeug, z. B. PKW, LKW, Zug od. dgl., wobei mindestens ein Fenster, vorzugsweise die Windschutzscheibe, als Bildschirm z. B. mit LCD-Anzeigen für einen oder mehrere im
Fahrzeug befindliche Computer dient, oder Hologramme im Bereich des Fensters projiziert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am gesamten Rand der Fenster oder an Teilen desselben eine Menüleiste (2,9,10) mit einstellbarer oder fixer Breite vorgesehen ist, wobei die einzelnen Symbole (3) - wenn sie eine Steuerfunktion aufweisen - mittels eines Cur- sers (5) oder mittels Spracherkennung oder "touch screen" ansteuerbar sind.
