Die Erfindung betrifft ein Pflegemittel für textile Flächen, insbesondere textile Bodenbeläge, welches im wesentlichen aus einem feuchten, pulverförmigen, porösen Trägermaterial aus einem mit Reinigungsmitteln in flüssiger Phase angereicherten, aufgeschäumten, plastifizierten Hamstoff-Formaldehyd-Harzschaum bestehtThe invention relates to a care product for textile surfaces, in particular textile floor coverings, which essentially consists of a moist, powdery, porous carrier material made of a foamed, plasticized urea-formaldehyde resin foam enriched with cleaning agents in the liquid phase
Bekannt sind Reinigungsmitteln aus einem anorganischen, pulverförmigen, porösen und wasserunlöslichen Material, dessen Teilchen mit 80 bis 60 Gew.-Teilen einer wässerigen Lösung von wasserlöslichen, niedermolekularen Alkoholen und einer waschaktiven Substanz verbunden sind. Als anorganisches, pulverförmiges Material wird speziell gemahlener Bimsstein, gemahlener Kalktuff, gemahlene Ziegel, gemahlener Schaumbeton oder Kieselgel verwendet. Bei diesen bekannten Reinigungsmitteln zeigt es sich als nachteilig, daß die Trägermaterialien nur eine begrenzte Aufnahmemöglichkeit für die Wirkstofflösung haben. Weiterhin ist es nachteilig, daß bei der Verarbeitung dieses Materials Feinstäube entstehen die beim Entfernen des getrockneten Reinigungsmittels mittels eines handelsüblichen Staubsaugers die Filtertüten verstopfen oder aber als Feinstaub an die Umgebung wieder abgegeben werden und damit die Umwelt beeinträchtigen. Ein weiterer Nachteil bei derartigen Materialien liegt in der teils stark abrasiven Wirkung in Bezug auf die textilen Flächengebilde. Darüber hinaus ergibt sich bei den bekannten Reinigungsmitteln anwendungstechnisch der Nachteil, daß sie eine starke Verldebungs- bzw. Verschmierungsneigung im zu behandelnden textilen Flor zeigen. Außerdem sind die anorganischen Materialien auf Grund ihrer höheren spezifischen Gewichte sehr schwer entfembar.Cleaning agents are known from an inorganic, powdery, porous and water-insoluble material, the particles of which are connected to 80 to 60 parts by weight of an aqueous solution of water-soluble, low-molecular alcohols and a detergent substance. Weiterhin ist ein Verfahren zum Entfernen von Flecken in feuchtem Zustand von Textilmaterialien bekannt, wobei ein Material mit hoher Saugfähigkeit aus einem Hamstoff-ZeUularkunststoff mit einer Volumendichte von etwa 18 bis 20 kg/m^ verwendet wird. Dieses Material besteht aus einem zellförmigen Kunststoffblock mit einer hohen Saugfähigkeit und solch einer Sprödigkeit, daß sich Teilchen des zellförmigen Kunststoffs nacheinander aus dem Block lösen, wenn er auf dem Textilmaterial gerieben wird. Dieses bekannte Verfahren hat den Nachteil, daß das verwendete Material aus Hamstoff-Zellularkunststoff unter Verwendung eines mechanischen Gerätes zur Einarbeitung in den Teppichflor zu feinem Pulver verrieben würde, so daß es lediglich manuell und nur zur Reinigung einzelner Flecken angewendet werden kann. Poliervorganges zwischen 0,03 und 0,05 mm aufweist. Auch dieses bekannte Reinigungsmittel ist keine Lösung der erfindungsgemäßen Aufgabe, die darin besteht, ein Pflegemittel zu schaffen, welches sich, unter Vermeidung der vorgenannten Nachteile, maschinell sehr gut zur Flächenreinigung anwenden läßt, wobei das dem aufgeschäumten und zerkleinerten Kunststoffschaum innehaftende tensidhaltige Wasser in Verbindung mit einer starken Hilfskombination einen wirkungsvollen Reinigungseffekt, insbesondere auf textilen Bodenbelägen ergibtFinally, a cleaning agent is known that contains a foam powder as the abrasive, which has a density between 15 and 500 kg / rn ^ and a grain size during the abrasion or polishing process between 0.03 and 0.05 mm.
