   Die Erfindung betrifft eine Seitenschalung zur Herstellung von vorzugsweise plattenförmigen Stahlbetonfertigteilen mit an ihren Flanken aufwärts ausragenden Bewehrungs-Enden. 



   Die zur Herstellung solcher Fertigteile benutzten Seitenschalungen sind in bezug zu einem Schalungsboden vertikal beweglich und werden zunächst auf eine den Schalungsboden,   z. B.   auf eine später der Lagerung des geformten Fertigteiles dienende Transportplatte, aufgesetzt bzw. nach der Formung vom selben Hebezeug wieder vom Schalungsboden abgehoben. 



   Die bisher benutzten Seitenschalungen besassen an den Stellen, wo in den Schalungen jene Bewehrungen verlegt waren, deren Enden später aus dem geformten Fertigteil ausragen, zur Aufnahme dieser Enden bestimmte örtliche Ausnehmungen (Nischen), in die allerdings beim Füllen der Schalung der Beton eindrang und die ausragenden Bewehrungs-Enden verschmutzte. Der zur Freilegung dieser Enden nach dem Entschalen des Fertigteiles erforderliche Arbeits- und Zeitaufwand war erheblich und die Erfindung setzt es sich deshalb zum Ziel, diesen Aufwand zu vermeiden. 



   Erfindungsgemäss ist an die dem Schalungsinneren zuzuwendende Innenseite der Seitenschalung ein die Flanke des Fertigteiles formender hohler Schalungsteil längsverlaufend anfügbar, in dessen Hohlraum die Bewehrungs-Enden ausragen. 



   Dank dieses Schalungsteiles, der die Bewehrungs-Enden in seinem hohlen Inneren aufnimmt und gegen den in die Schalung eingefüllten Beton abschirmt, bleiben diese Bewehrungs-Enden von vornherein völlig betonfrei und bedürfen keiner nachträglichen Freilegung und Reinigung. 



   Zur Herstellung von Stahlbetonfertigteilen mit schräg abwärts verlaufenden Flanken schliesst vorteilhafterweise der flankenformende Schalungsteil einen Hohlraum mit einem etwa trapezförmigen Profil ein, wobei eine Seite dieses Schalungsteiles vertikal an die Seitenschalung anzufügen ist und die gegenüberliegende, flankenformende Seite schrägverläuft. 



   Der genannte flankenformende Schalungsteil ist vorteilhafterweise von der eigentlichen Seitenschalung. weitgehend unabhängig, er kann im einfachsten Fall von Hand aus gesondert in die Schalung eingelegt und der Seitenschalung innenseitig angefügt werden, sobald die Bewehrungen auf dem Schalungsboden verlegt wurden. 



   Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist jedoch der flankenformende Schalungsteil in bezug zur Seitenschalung in seiner Längsrichtung verschiebbar. Dies hat unter anderem den Vorteil bei der Herstellung von Stahlbetonfertigteilen mit parallel zu den Flanken verlaufenden, durch Kernrohre geformten Hohlräumen die flankenformenden Schalungsteile gemeinsam mit diesen Kernrohren in den von den Seitenschalungen begrenzten Schalungsraum einschieben zu können. 



   Der flankenformende Schalungsteil kann aber im Rahmen der Erfindung auch auf beliebige andere Weise der Seitenschalung anfügbar sein, so kann er   z. B.   in bezug zur Seitenschalung um eine Längskante verschwenkbar sein. 



   Die Zeichnung stellt schematisch den auf einem   Schalungsboden-l-zu   formenden plattenförmigen, längsverlaufende   Hohlräume --2-- aufweisenden Betonfertigteil --3-- dar,   dessen schrägverlaufende Flanken --4-- von der erfindungsgemässen   Seitenschalung --5-- zu   formen sind. 



   Diese   Seitenschalung --5-- umfasst   zu diesem Zweck einen in bezug zum   Schalungsboden-l-   mittels eines Hebezeuges vertikal bewegbaren, als Hohlprofil --6-- mit rechteckigem Querschnitt ausgebildeten Bauteil an dessen dem Schalungsinneren zugekehrte Seite der etwa winkelförmig profilierte flankenformende Schalungsteil --7-- satt und mit Passsitz anfügbar ist, in dessen etwa trapezförmig profiliertem   Hohlraum   --8-- die Enden --9-- einer im Fertigteil--3-eingebetteten   Querbewehrung --10-- Platz   finden.

   Die   Hohlräume --2-- des Fertigteiles --3--   werden von Kernrohren --11-- geformt, die in bekannter Weise vor dem Einbringen des Betons in die Schalung durch gleichprofilierte Ausnehmungen der Stirnschalungen in den von den Seitenschalungen --5-- begrenzten Raum eingeschoben werden. Die   Seitenschalungen --5-- können   gegebenenfalls auf Bodenleisten --12-- fixiert werden, die deren Soll-Lage bestimmen.

   The invention relates to a side formwork for the production of preferably plate-shaped reinforced concrete prefabricated parts with reinforcing ends protruding upwards on their flanks.



   The side formwork used to manufacture such prefabricated parts are vertically movable in relation to a formwork floor and are first placed on a formwork floor, e.g. B. on a later serving the storage of the molded finished transport plate, placed or lifted again after molding from the same hoist from the formwork floor.



   The side formwork used up to now had certain local recesses (niches) at the places where the reinforcements were laid in the formwork, the ends of which later protrude from the molded prefabricated part, but into which the concrete penetrated when the formwork was filled and which protruding reinforcement ends dirty. The amount of work and time required to expose these ends after the finished part had been removed from the mold was considerable, and the aim of the invention is therefore to avoid this effort.



   According to the invention, a hollow formwork part, which forms the flank of the prefabricated part, can be longitudinally attached to the inside of the side formwork facing the formwork interior, and the reinforcement ends protrude into the cavity thereof.



   Thanks to this formwork part, which receives the reinforcement ends in its hollow interior and shields them against the concrete poured into the formwork, these reinforcement ends remain completely free of concrete from the outset and do not require any subsequent exposure and cleaning.



   To produce prefabricated reinforced concrete parts with obliquely downward flanks, the flank-forming formwork part advantageously encloses a cavity with an approximately trapezoidal profile, one side of this formwork part having to be added vertically to the side-formwork and the opposite, flank-forming side being inclined.



   The edge-forming formwork part mentioned is advantageously of the actual side formwork. largely independent, in the simplest case it can be inserted separately into the formwork by hand and added to the inside of the side formwork as soon as the reinforcements have been laid on the formwork floor.



   According to a preferred embodiment, however, the flank-forming formwork part can be displaced in its longitudinal direction with respect to the side formwork. This has the advantage, among other things, of being able to insert the flank-forming formwork parts together with these core pipes into the formwork space delimited by the side formwork in the production of precast reinforced concrete parts with cavities formed parallel to the flanks and formed by core tubes.
