Abstract
Una composición que comprende a) células de Bacillus recombinantes productoras de exosporios que expresan una proteína de fusión que comprende: (i) por lo menos una proteína o un péptido estimulante del crecimiento vegetal y (ii) una secuencia de direccionamiento que localiza la proteína de fusión en el exosporio de las células de Bacillus; y b) por lo menos un insecticida particular divulgado en la presente en una cantidad sinérgicamente eficaz. Reivindicación 5: La composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizada porque la secuencia de direccionamiento o la proteína del exosporio comprende: una secuencia de aminoácidos que tiene por lo menos aproximadamente un 43% de identidad con los aminoácidos 20 - 35 de la SEQ ID Nº 1, en donde la identidad con los aminoácidos 25 - 35 es de por lo menos aproximadamente un 54%; una secuencia de direccionamiento que comprende los aminoácidos 1 - 35 de la SEQ ID Nº 1; una secuencia de direccionamiento que comprende los aminoácidos 20 - 35 de la SEQ ID Nº 1; una secuencia de direccionamiento que comprende los aminoácidos 22 - 31 de la SEQ ID Nº 1; una secuencia de direccionamiento que comprende los aminoácidos 22 - 33 de la SEQ ID Nº 1; una secuencia de direccionamiento que comprende los aminoácidos 20 - 31 de la SEQ ID Nº 1; una secuencia de direccionamiento que comprende la SEQ ID Nº 1; o una proteína del exosporio que comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos que presenta por lo menos un 85% de identidad con la SEQ ID Nº 2. Reivindicación 24: Un uso de la composición de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 23, caracterizado porque es para mejorar el crecimiento vegetal y/o promover la salud de las plantas. Reivindicación 26: Un método de tratamiento de una planta, una parte de planta o del locus que rodea a la planta para mejorar el crecimiento vegetal y/o promover la salud de las plantas, caracterizado porque comprende el paso de aplicar, de manera simultánea o sucesiva: a) células recombinantes productoras de exosporios de Bacillus que expresan una proteína de fusión que comprende: (i) por lo menos una proteína o un péptido estimulante del crecimiento vegetal; y (ii) una secuencia de direccionamiento, una proteína del exosporio o un fragmento de la proteína del exosporio; y b) por lo menos un insecticida seleccionado del grupo que consiste en abamectina, carbofurano, ciazipir, cicloaprida, espinosad, sulfoxaflor y teflutrina, en una cantidad sinérgicamente eficaz.
