Abstract

Un dispositivo de antena para un teléfono movil, donde la distancia entre un radiador en miniatura y un reflector en miniatura puede ser acortada pormedio de un material dieléctrico introducido optimizando la distancia eléctrica entre el radiador yel reflector para crear una unidad de antena compacta quetiene un patron de radiacion de forma cardioide deseado. Además, se usa un medio reductor de campo adicional en la forma de regletas metálicas, porejemplo utilizando una dieléctrica adicional con al menos dos regletas metálicas aisladas delgadas que corren en paralelo a los flancos de corrientedel elemento reflector para con ellos formar bobinas de choque en la parte posterior del reflector, que normalmente está dirigido hacia el usuario, con elfin de concentrar a un más el campo proximo de este lado en un área entre medio de las bobinas de choque.
