Both OVAs are rather incomplete, though I think you can get a semblance of coherence if you watch both.

The art is not the best and the anime ends rather abruptly.
The novel is both funny and angsty.

Enjoyed the art, although the story seems a bit incomplete? The art is similar to the manhua.

I love the character and relationship development in this one.
The donghua is quite fast-paced, skips a lot and is unfinished.
In the manhua the characters look completely different and it is also unfinished, though it is much closer to the end of the story than the donghua. The chapters are also quite short.
Because of all this, I think reading the novel might be the best choice.
