First off, the art didn't really tickle my fancy - more sketchy looking than I usually like - but it was pretty endearing once I got used to it.
This manga is really short, but I feel that a lot of feeling and thought was put into it, really bringing it to life! One thing that really intrigued me was that usually, these stories about teen pregnancy are told from the girl's point of view and focus more on whether or not she will abort. regrets, and how he emotionally processes becoming a father and deals with parenthood and the relationship with his wife. The character development was great.
This manga isn't exactly light. There isn't any smut/sex scenes (I actually appreciate not having that), but it does show families falling apart and falling together, the value of life, taking responsibility for mistakes, and learning to be a parent. The mangaka handled all this in a very realistic and mature way, I think.
Overall, one of the best mangas about pregnancy and new parents that I have read in a while. I think it will be memorable for the people who read it.
