Persatuan Jurutera Mekanikal Amerika
Persatuan Jurutera Mekanikal Amerika atau bahasa Inggeris American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) adalah sebuah badan professional persatuan kejuruteraan mengkhususkan di dalam kejuruteraan mekanikal. ASME telah ditubuhkan pada tahun 1880 oleh Alexander Lyman Holley, Henry Rossiter Worthington, John Edison Sweet dan Matthias N. Forney sebagai jawapan kepada pelbagai kegagalan pengandung tekanan dandang stim. Persatuan ini dikenali kerana peranannya di dalam membuat kod dan standard untuk peralatan mekanikal.
