Reason(s): All of these are duckable sockpuppets of Tommy860119, vandalising Hong Kong bus route articles in zhwiki and (non-vandalism) edits in zhwikiversity. I noticed that both recently identified accounts, David Ho 2022.02.25 and Alan Kwan980202, are both registered on jawiki and has overlapping periods of registration and editing, and I believe there is a very high possibility that there are still sleeper accounts hiding in jawiki and zhwiki, and thus self-endorsed a check request to look for sleeper accounts. Additionally, this user (I suppose he can already be identified as an LTA) is also editing with IP users such as 123.202.84.151. If possible, please also check to see if there are individual IPs or ranges that are long-term used by this abusive user and block them per WP:CUP#1. Hmm, thanks. The David Ho account and the Alan Kwan accounts were actually registered around the same time (in jawiki), but both only identified over a week later and both had edits during the meantime, so I thought there might be other accounts hiding in a similar way. May I ask if this check has ruled out that no more accounts are found to be registered on jawiki and yet to be connected to zhwiki? Thanks! Luciferian𖤐 11:55, 11 March 2022 (UTC)

@LuciferianThomas: It is impossible to find all such accounts, but at least I can declare that the following accounts are not registered on zhwiki; Tony Tiger 3.0, Johnny to 19960110. I would actually say this information is very useful, given that the Johnny to 19960110 account edits the exact same zhwikiversity resource page v:zh:愛·回家之開心速遞集數列表及故事系列 while also making a few edits in jawiki, as sockpuppets of Tommy860119 did across accounts, before approaching zhwiki where autoblock probably is affecting his edits, and share the same username format as Gordon Siu 19780210. Do you have any evidence other than guessing that the user you presented may have used a different account? CheckUser performs cross-account comparisons of two or more accounts. I can't discuss something on open place. Therefore, I removed two user IDs. Anyway, can you check the user if he has socks? I already informed at admin's notice board (w:ta:விக்கிப்பீடியா:நிருவாகிகளுக்கான அறிவிப்புப்பலகை) and I am an admin too. The issues as follows:

• He made personal attack
• He said he made paid edits with some users
• Already two admin requested to reveal the IDs, and he is not responded
• Four admins have made strong warning and gave grace period for a week.

The reason I have a question to address your request is that your explanation is not sufficient to handle this request. You are now requesting to have only one account CheckUser. This is a generally unacceptable investigation, except in special cases. This is a common standard that applies to all requests handled by SRCU, not just yours, and is a practice that applies to all Wikimedia wikis. If you were successful at this you would have explained well enough that they would conduct the investigation under their responsibility. If you believe it is inappropriate to state your grounds publicly, you may do so privately. You seem to think that I ask for a lot.  Declined I am not convinced that you have met the threshold for requirements for CU. While you don't need to provide a second account, you do need to provide evidence that there is second user abusing your wiki and that they are not just coordinating together for this request to be successful. Supplementary note: Joliotium9453 was found to have similar behaviors to previous Xayahrainie43 socks pretending to be a normal new user and get a lot of edits (to get to extended confirmed), but yet their edits in Wikidata and jawiki shows a high possibility of them being X43. When Joliotium9453 was reported to SPI, the user was clearly very familiar with the SPI pages and rules without previously participating in SPI at all, and trying to claim that the reports were inappropriate. Reason(s): Previously in Steward requests/Checkuser/2022-03#LTA:哈密瓜油@zh.wikipedia, ST680 has been found to be a technically  Confirmed sockpuppet of ParkHider, however ST680 claimed to have had his account compromised through Moegirlpedia. While us clerks did previously reject a re-check on ST680's relationship with the LTA, another account Sringly appeared in the local village pump claiming to be ST680's successive account. However, local raised concerns on whether Sringly is in fact ST680's successive account or another sockpuppet or compromised account. One of our clerks, Timmyboger initially rejected the request due to misunderstandings, but after discussion, the clerk team (except 1233 who has yet to respond) found a mismatch in previous contributions between the two accounts, and decided to relist this check based on whether Sringly is a sockpuppet/compromised account. Please check whether Sringly would have direct matches with ParkHider (implying that it is a sockpuppet or compromised account) or no-match with ParkHider but partial match with ST680 due to being compromised (implying that it is a legitimate account). Reason(s): Hi there! Here is a bit of context. Two days ago user Zblace was blocked on hr.wiki for a year because of their frequent personal attacks and unwillingness to seek dispute resolution in a civil and diplomatic way. Currently there is a deletion discussion going on about an article they worked on, and the first several edits of a new user on the project, called J3d1n4, have been left on the said discussion page. Given the fact that Zblace still has access to their talk page (thus, they can asked to be unblocked) and have in the meantime been active on en.wiki, I am pretty much certain that this is either the instance of canvassing on his part or worse, sockpuppeting used for block evasion. In light of all of that, I would like to request these two users to be checked. If it really turns out to be the case of sockpuppeting, please name any and all sleeper accounts connected to this person, and we will deal with them accordingly. I would also like to draw attention to the fact that Zblace's account was globally locked beforehand and that their account has been unlocked under the condition that they do not use sockpuppets anymore; if this condition is no longer met, their account will be globally locked once again. @AmandaNP: ए. के. उपाध्याय is blocked on enwikipedia for being sock of a very long term abuser MANOZ GYAASI. Looking at the same interests I suspect these new accounts हिंदू, हिंदू३, हिंदू3 may belong to the same master. During last CU it was found "possible", thus I wanted to be sure if any confirm connection could be established. However, since this account is locally blocked already, this CU request can be closed.
