Jobicy is an online platform dedicated to connecting talented people who seek remote careers with innovative, forward-thinking companies that offer these positions. Job listings are curated, reviewed and added on a daily basis. Follow us on Twitter and Facebook to stay in touch!

How do I search for a remote job?

You can search jobs from our home page by keyword and location. You can also use our remote job search page to search by keyword, location, posting date or job type.

Are the jobs on Jobicy legitimate?

Yes. Jobicy has a team of experts who review all job postings to ensure that they are legitimate and that the companies offering the jobs are reputable. Jobicy also has a number of safeguards in place to protect job seekers, such as a fraud prevention system and a dispute resolution process.

Here are some tips to help you stay safe when looking for remote jobs:

  • Be wary of any job that asks for money upfront. Legitimate companies will never ask for money upfront.
  • Do your research on the company before you apply for a job. Look for reviews of the company online and make sure that it is reputable.
  • Be careful about what personal information you share. Only share the information that is absolutely necessary.
  • If you feel uncomfortable with a job posting, don't apply for it. It's always better to be safe than sorry.

Are jobs removed from the Jobicy database when they are filled?

Yes, jobs are automatically removed when they are filled or closed by the employer. In the unfortunate event that you encounter a job listing with a broken link or that seems to be closed, please use the "Report Job" link located at the bottom of the job listing. Our team will investigate the issue and respond to let you know if the job has expired or if the website was merely experiencing technical difficulties.

Where can I get an invoice after paying for the listing?

You can print or download Order Invoice from your Orders page.

Can I change my current account type? (Employer ↔ Talent)

Yes, it is possible to change your account type. You can either fill out the contact support form above to request assistance with changing your account type, or you can delete your current account with the incorrect type and create a new one specifying the correct account type during registration.


Candidates

Can I apply through Jobicy?

Yes, you can apply directly on Jobicy if the employer has enabled this feature. Otherwise, you will go to a third-party website to submit your application. Please click on the "Apply Now" button to reach the application for each job.

Can you be my recruiter?

Unfortunately, we are not direct recruiters. We have jobs posted from direct employers and from recruiting services, so you may be able to find a recruiter by clicking on the "Apply for job" on each job.

How do I know if the employer received my application?

You should contact the employer directly for any update of your status.

What software do you use/recommend for remote hiring?

To run live video interviews with candidates, you can use popular tools such as Zoom, or Google Meet. Candidates will be able to join the interview easily by following a link, so make sure to send them an invitation in advance.

How quickly does my job go live?

All jobs are now posted to the listings as they are submitted. Our team review all jobs within one working day.
