The Great Public Schools' Association of Queensland (GPS)

GPS Queensland aims to provide outstanding opportunities for students to take part in a wide range of sporting and cultural activities to support learning and development. Students are encouraged to seize opportunities and pursue excellence, underpinned by the values of commitment, courage, teamwork, healthy competition, fair play and good sportsmanship. Sixteen inter-school sports and activities are included in the annual GPS program: Academic Day of Excellence, Basketball, Chess, Cricket, Cross Country, Debating, Football, Gymnastics, Music, Rowing, Rugby Union, Sailing, Swimming, Tennis, Track & Field, and Volleyball.
