Evolution des salaires avec l'anciennete, formation et incitations au travail

Abstract

Les resultats des analyses empiriques de l'evolution des salaires sont en grande partie dependants des theories qui guident les methodes d'evaluation. Or, le modele de gain standard utilise par les economistes reste attache a la theorie du capital humain. Mais d'autres cadres d'analyse sont a meme d'expliquer le role de la formation et la croissance des salaires au cours d'une carriere. Nous proposons de confronter, theorie du capital humain, theorie du filtre et theorie des incitations (paiement differe et tournoi) sur le plan theorique et empirique.
