Ursachen und Wirkungen eines zwischenstaatlichen Finanzausgleichs

Abstract

The article concerns issues of fiscal federalism in the broadest sense. It analyzes both the political causes and the economic consequences of interregional and international grants. Examples from Germany and from the European Union are considered.
