Francis Anthony Boyle (lahir 25 Maret 1950)[1] adalah seorang pengacara hak asasi manusia, teoretikus konspirasi COVID-19[2] dan profesor hukum internasional di University of Illinois College of Law.[3] Ia menjabat sebagai pembela untuk Bosnia dan Herzegovina dan mendukung hak penduduk asli dan orang Palestina.
