Refund policy

If for any reason you have received an incorrect item or your order has not been delivered and your not happy with your order please contact us at [email protected] or 0800 855 788. You must notify Hyper Meat by phone or email within 24 hours of the delivery being made.

We may not be able to refund any consumed or disposed of items. It may take up to 3 days to process a credit to your nominated account. Unfortunately we cannot issue a credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.

If Hyper asks you to ship back the goods please use the address provided below.

Please pack the item/items securely in the Chilltainer your meat was delivered in. All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit.
