This is a .Net 2.0 Standard Library. This directory contains the source code for the package ComparePDF. This program compares two different PDFs and see if they are identical. Uses software that runs on Windows 32 bit. Please refer to the [Documentation] (https://zzzrst.github.io/ComparePDF/) for more details on the implementation.

Version number are labed as MAJOR.MINOR.dailyBuild.buildTime
Major changes are when new classes are added, except helper classes, or when a large change is made to the code such as a large functionality change.
Minor changes are when methods are added/removed or a helper class is added.
