This is a sample REST app created to get a taste of the basics of Spring Boot.

This app supports:

• GET:
  • get all topics: http:https://localhost:8080/topics OR curl -X GET http:https://localhost:8080/topics
  • get a topic: http:https://localhost:8080/topics/{id} OR curl -X GET http:https://localhost:8080/topics/{id}
• POST:
  • add topic: curl -d '{"id":"4", "name":"new obj", "description":"blah blah blah"}' -H "Content-Type: application/json" -X POST http:https://localhost:8080/add
• PUT:
